Very positive experience from initial contact, to quote and finally to installation in my home. Safetech followed up at each step and always delivered on what they promised. Highly recommended.

We had not considered an alarm system in our small business until we began to acquire electronics and valuable industry material that would be cost prohibitive to replace. I had not considered any collateral benefits to an alarm monitoring system other than for theft/fire monitoring and monitoring of staff opening/closing to determine if employee theft or use of office equipment was occurring in the evening or weekends. However, the alarm monitoring system, with e-mail alerting, was only installed approximately two weeks when we discovered that our cleaning company was falsely reporting their cleaning schedule and, in fact, we were paying a substantial amount for rug cleaning and floor waxing that did not happen at all! The company was fired immediately (upon presentation of proof from SafeTech of the alarm opening/closing log) and we hired another company who has abided by their contract. The savings more than paid for the alarm system and all within the first month! I would highly recommend SafeTech and this level of monitoring for any company.

I have been with Safe Tech for 12 years and have always had the very best of service. The monitoring station has been able to help me when I want to test the alarm and can even tell me in which part of the house something has gone wrong. For example, one day we had a party and a helium balloon rose up in front of one of my motion sensors. Safe Tech called me and asked me to check to see if the motion detector in the basement was being blocked by something. We would never have thought about this on our own. I have also had to ask tech services some questions and they have always been able to supply me with the correct information. The installers have been friendly and have gone out of their ways to answer questions or make suggestions. I have also appreciated their loyal customer rewards and friendly sevice. I have been very satisfied with the service provided by Safetech. The installation was done quickly, and any issues I had after that were quickly and completely addressed by Safetech.

After looking up some reviews for alarm systems companies, I settled on SafeTech as they generally had many good reviews. I was not dissappointed. Not only were they courteous, but the work was done in a timely fashion and for a reasonable price.

We were worried that our mom who is 83 and living alone might fall or get sick and not be able to contact us. After hearing about safetech from a friend who recommended it, we decided to get one for her. I was very impressed about the excellent service and their professionalism. They were very knowlegeable and gave us the information without pressuring us. My mom did a few tests since it was installed to see if it worked well and she got a very quick response. She feels much more secure now and we know that if she's unable to go to the phone, she will push the button and they will contact us. Brant, I just wanted to let you know what a knowledgable, and friendly installer you have. I was concerned about how to wire the house for my safety, and after I explained to him that I don't sleep at night, or go into the basement to do the laundry at night because i'm afraid someone will "break in", he assured me that he will wire the house to keep us safe, and to put us at ease. He actually said that "that would change now". He was as fast as he could be, considering that the basement windows were not wired, as we were told they were, and didn't mind my children following him around to watch him as he wired the house. My 7 year old told us at dinner that he will finally be able to sleep tonight because he won't have to listen for robbers breaking in (I had to explain that robbers usually only break into houses for a reason, that we were just taking extra precautions)! And last night was the first night since we moved in that both of my kids slept through the night, and my husband set the alarm when he went to sleep, and he told me too that he feels better going to work with the security system in too! We will be getting a few more contacts and a glass break in the next month or so, but for now we know that just the decals and lawn stake send a message to anyone seeing our house as an easy target (we are a corner lot, with no fencing as of yet). We are going to work on making our kids feel safe, and hopefully not need to spend thousands when they are teenagers for a fear of "robbers breaking in", but that will be another issue... I found Safetech from Homestars. After reading the customer reviews, and having had a couple of other companies to come and give me quotes, I decided to go with Safetech. The technician was very good. The installation was a bit more complicated than initially thought. He came on two separate occasions and installed the system and made sure that the testing was done properly before leaving. So far I am very happy with their service. Their salesperson was accessible even on the weekend and my calls to the monitoring center were answered promptly. Now I feel safer with the system. I definitely would recommend Safetech to friends and family.

I recently switched my security services from ADT to SafeTech Alarm Systems. I was very pleased to learn that almost all of my existing equipment and sensors were compatible, making installation painless, quick and easy. The installation technician was courteous and punctual considering I had to change the install date a couple times! My monthly fees are lower than ADT and I still have a cellular GSM as backup communication. I would recommend SafeTech to anyone thinking about switching to or activating a new security system. They offer the same options and level of security as the biggest names in the business but for a better price and will customize to your specific needs.
