    GE Refrigerator Repair - Right Away

    Refrigerator was giving my tenant an issue for a while - it wouldn't defrost the ice/snow, and was preventing the fridge/freezer to get cold enough to keep milk/freeze ice-cubes. Condensation was noted in the fridge, and through my explanation of the problem Joe had a good idea from the get-go what to do. He arrived right on time, when it was convenient for me - we helped each other out. He was super knowledgable and walked me through everything he was doing (I was curious as I had spent some time and effort myself). Within 20 mins, he was nearly positive of his diagnosis, and after another 20-30 mins, the refrigerator was fixed. Plus he waited an additional 20 mins to ensure the timer came back on, and that wasn't also an issue. Happy customer. Definitely will call him back again if we (unfortunately) run into a stink with our appliances in the future. A++++

    Dryer Repair

    My whirlpool dryer was making a terrible squeaking noise and a google investigation suggested a problem with the belt. I called Joe, (whom had done a great job in the past for a fridge issue). He came within a few hours, fixed the problem and everything is working great. I would most definitely recommend Joe .

    Mold in Washing Machine

    We had mold on the rubber insert of our washing machine. I tried everything to get it out!! We called Joe to tell him our issue and the very next morning he came and repaired it with the proper insert. Very clean, very affordable , very efficient and I would use his services again in a heart beat. Thank you Joe!!

    Fridge Problem...

    We came home from the cottage to find our fridge not working... I called Joe first thing in the morning to explain our problem and he new exactly what the problem was and told me he would be at our place in 1 hour... Joe arrived 1 hour later, fixed the fridge and we had the fridge back working within 1/2 an hour.. Great service best in Toronto...

    Electric Oven

    Joe fixed a recurring problem with my electric oven faster and for less than I'd had it fixed for before. He returned my initial call almost immediately, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

    Gas Range

    One of the burner valves stuck with the gas on. I called two numbers recommended to me by the retailer who sold me the range 2+ years ago. Then I remembered Joe who had previously fixed an appliance for me a few years ago. He answered immediately, went and found the needed part in Scarborough and came to fix it within a matter of hours. Super service and reasonably priced.

    Washing Machine not spinning

    Left a message for Joe (who was on vacation). First day back he not only called, but came over that same morning. My machine was not spinning or dumping the water. Apparently the hood switch was no longer working. Joe replaced it, checked that everything was working as it should. An absolute pleasure to do business with Joe and his name and number is now in my cell should I need his services in the future. Will definitely recommend Joe to friends and neighbours.

    excellent gas dryer repair

    My husband called Joe when our gas dryer stopped working. He called back promptly and came when he said he would, which was within a day from our call. Joe fixed the dryer efficiently and was extremely helpful. He was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely deal with him again and we highly recommend his work.

    fridge-freezer repair

    Joe has helped both me and my elderly parents several times. We have been impressed with his fast response, careful explanation of what might be wrong with the appliance and he would do, and very satisfied with his work and results. This week, he fixed my parents’ Maytag side-by-side fridge-freezer. They told me frozen items were getting soft. I left a message for Joe late in the evening. Next morning, he called and discussed the problem with me, and within an hour, was at my parents house to fix the problem at a very reasonable price. What more could we ask?

    Kenmore refrigerator repair

    I've used Joe for several years. He repaired my dryer 3 years ago and today he fixed my Kenmore refrigerator. Everything from initial contact, communication, repair job to after service is 5 stars in my book. I refer all my friends and neighbours to him for repairs. Please don't confuse Joe the Appliance Guy with " The Appliance Repair Guys " who are another repair company with a similar name. Joe is a one man operation and he has been doing this for 37 years.
