I called Joe yesterday and hired him for the job of fixing the refregirator in my kitchen. He came in promptly at the time we scheduled which is very much appreciated. He was very proffesional and friendly and he explained in detail what he was doing as he was doing it. MANY THANX again Joe!! :) Monica

We were hoping for the best when we used the internet and selected "The Appliance Guy" to switch our fridge door to open from the other side. He replied promptly, was on time for the appointment and did the job with a friendly and pleasant manner. He explained what he was doing and why. We were impressed. When it was time to maintain our central A/C, we called again and were rewarded with the same high level of service. We will continue to recommend "The Appliance Guy" to our family and friends.

Joe from The Appliance Guy provided us with professional, honest, quality service. He thoroughly explained possible causes for the malfunctioning of our 14 year old dishwasher and gladly answered any questions we had. We were impressed by his genuine desire to rectify our problem the most cost effective way (by eliminating the simple cause) without automatically advising us that parts were required to recify our problem, as our experience has been in the past with other repairmen. In our case, no parts were required and it was a simple fix. He also identified other issues which we had not advised him of, and repaired them once again without any parts other than a rubber gasket. It is a pleasure to find an honest repairman such as Joe who will provide the customer with only what is required. We will gladly continue to use Joe's services should the need arise, and will confidently refer The Appliance Guy to our family and friends.
