Called Joe and found him to be very pleasant and engaging.Answered a couple of questions re nature of call, type of appliance,gave him a model# and he had the part in the truck;he happened to be nearby,asked if now was convenient(it Was),and he showed up just a short time later. My Fridge died a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I called our regular repair company, but they couldn't come out for a week, which was far too late. I called Joe and he was over in a few hours and he quickly confirmed the at the compressor was dead. It wasn't the news I was hoping for but I pleased with how quickly he arrived and how quickly he diagnosed everything. He even carries parts in his car which most repair don't seem to do any more.

Our whirpool refrigerator was feeling very hot to the touch. After doing some research on Service repair companies, I decided to go with the Appliance guy based on the reviews on this site. Joe was professional, knowledgeable and displaced excellent customer service! I would definetly call him for future appliance repairs.

Joseph assessed the problem very quickly and it was decided that the repair would be too costly for the age of my dryer. He said that it would work on the second setting that was not the timer setting but the automatic one, and that it could work for another 10 years on this setting. He saved me the hundreds of dollars that it would cost to repair something that I would be able to use the dryer without. He did not just tell me that I needed a thermostate and a timer and do all the work unnessarily. He saved me the money to go toward my new dryer when I need one.

The Maytag fridge is only 4 years old and not fuctioning properly. Several repair people were unable to determine the problem. Joe, was able to determine the problem within a short period of time. He made the necessary adjustments and now the fridge is working. I would recommend him, as he is professional, prompt and keeps you informed throughout the repair process.

Our over the range microwave had stopped heating gave joe a call and he responded as soon as he got our message. He was clear on what he may or may not be able to do and indicated that he would come in a couple of days to fix the problem. He actually arrived sooner, fixed the issue in no time and knew exactly what the problem was. Great service and exception guy.

Joseph was very informative about my fridge repair. He explained all the work that needed to be done and even had all the parts needed to make the repair. The entire procedure took only 30 min. A consummate professional!

Joseph was by last week. He fixed our Stove and knew exactly what the problem was(even had the special part in his van. He then was able to fix a problem we had with our Ice Maker quite quickly (again had the parts he needed). I am very satistied with the service and overall cost. Joseph took the time to explain what the repair was, why he was doing what he was and with the stove (how we could prevent the problem again). Any future appliance repairs, we will definately call him.
