    Local move from condo to house

    The team of movers was young and energetic which was great. They were fast and moved the items exactly where I wanted at the destination. There were a few negatives though: 1. The guys showed up 15 minutes late and every minute counts when you have a narrow elevator booking window. Plus it took about 10 minutes to get the truck parked properly in the loading area. 2. The guys did not seem to have any regard for the residence, i.e. there were a lot of chips, dents, scuffs and marks on the wall while moving big items through the house. Perhaps it was the lack of experience which was showing. In my case, there was significant damage to one of the door frames and I even had a damage report filed. After a lot of back and forth with the local office, I was told that their team of repairmen was not experienced enough to do the repairs and that I would have to go through insurance and pay a $250 deductible to fix the damages! I will certainly look elsewhere for my next move and definitely not recommending them to anyone either.

    Terrible movers

    I would never use this company again. Not only were they painfully slow but they damaged my wall with a huge dent in it that my husband had to fix. They also broke my table which I am still waiting for replacement. Please look elsewhere fora mover I wish we had.

    THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO USE FOR YOUR MOVE!!!!!

    THE 3 GENTLEMEN MOVERS WERE AWESOME. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING, AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY TOOK CARE OF OUR FURNITURE, LIKE IT WAS THEIR OWN. I WILL USE THIS COMPANY, AGAIN. I HAVE ALREADY TOLD OUR FRIENDS, AND FAMILY, TO USE THEM. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT OUR MOVE. THEY REMOVED THE STRESS OF MOVING. AMAZING MOVERS!!!!!!!!!!! MY NAME IS JIM, AND MY WIFE AND I, WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

    Moving quote

    First, let me say that the movers were AWESOME!! The cost was not. The quote was waaaay off and it left the movers in an awkward predicament. It cost me more to move from one location that was 15 minutes away as opposed to moving from out of town?!

    Moving our house

    I just wanted to let you know how our move went today. Your guys were fantastic. Nathan, Cory G.and Michael were spectacular. We knew that things might be tight on the truck given how much stuff we have, but somehow they managed to use every square inch and were able to get everything on. They arrived on time, worked as hard as could be asked and they couldn't have been more polite or friendly. We made sure they had cold water and we provided them some lunch. As our possessions are going into storage for at least 4 months it would be easy to be worried about outcomes. But given the level of service we received today we are confident things will be fine.

    Moving from Parry Sound to Toronto

    FAR better than expected. However, please do take note that I did expect a lot in the first place. We have heard horror stories about some movers and luckily we have never had to experience any of those situations. Today we have nothing but praise for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK from this Barrie location. Jason and Michael were the two men sent from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. They were the best two people who could have been set to us. We had some other help for the move but they were in charge and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. They took care of us like you might expect your family to take care of you. Honestly, I do not have one word of criticism. I could complain that they charged us a little less than the quote but that's not a good complaint. Even from the first moment of looking for a mover this company excelled all of my expectations. I used my cell phone and "Googled" movers in Parry Sound and their name popped up. They had an on-line app to fill out with a few questions. The next morning at 9AM we got a call from a very pleasant woman to confirm all of the details. Then she followed up a few minutes later with a quote which we found to be very acceptable. The company owner followed up after that to make sure that everything would go perfectly, which did happen. I would like to express my appreciation to Two Men and a Truck for the exemplary service that we received from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. This includes everything from the moment of securing the movers right through to saying goodbye. This could not have been better. Thank you to everyone at TWO MEN IN A TRUCK who was involved in our move. You people are the BEST!

    Move

    Moving from ORillia to Simcoe, I hired Two Men and a Truck. On the day of the move, they were 4 hours late. My stuff had to stay in storage with them overnight. They claim to only charge from the time they show up at your residence to the time they leave which is untrue as I was charged on day two from the time the truck was picked up at 11:00am even though it was after 3:00 by the time they showed up at my house to unpack. Furniture was damaged and broken, a mattress was very wet. the head mover claimed it was just due to condensation; more like a leaky truck as it had rained that night. to top it off, they kept some of my tools that had been stored in the cab. Almost two months later, I have never received them back. My final bill was $100's more than what it should have been according to their website. The franchise I dealt with is out of Oakville.

    Excellent experience

    My move was from Cambridge to Sutton, approx 170km. The move really could not have gone any better. All four movers were great ~ Roger, Matt, Tyler & Hayden. There was honestly not one bad moment during the move. They brought my stress level down. I gave them twice the tip I had planned, I as so happy. Super respectful and hard working group.

    Extreme satisfaction with moving service

    I am extremely satisfied with the movers today (June 22/16). All 3 men, Mike, Mike and Alex were extremely efficient, courteous, and professional. Made my move stress free! Awesome company!

    FANTASTIC MOVERS!!!!!!!

    We have used these movers a few times now and will continue to use their services. They have to most efficient, courteous movers and they take incredible care when wrapping furniture, electronics etc. Ken and Clinton were the movers that helped us with our last move and they were sensational, extremely friendly and very efficient with their time. We are without a doubt, going to hire them for our next move !!!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone :)
