I'm shocked at the reviews from other locations as the London location of 2 Men and a Truck is run incredibly well. Maybe the other locations should take some lessons from them regarding customer service? From first contact the crew has been nothing short of fantastic to work with. Professional. helpful, prompt. There was an unforseen glitch when the other elevator in my building had broken down and they had to take my elevator off service, after a partial move. The movers were professional and immediately took the time to work with me to come up with a solution that wouldn't drive my bill up any more than it had to be. 2 Men and a Truck came to me highly recommended and I completely understand why. I will definitely be letting everyone know about how they made a ridiculous and stressful situation into a positive one. Thank you.

I was initially worried after hearing bad reviews about other moving companies in the area, but Two Men and a Truck did an amazing job. The service reps and movers were friendly and very efficient - there was no time wasting, and everything made it over safely. They turned a would-be stressful day into a breeze.

2 Men and a Truck were very pleasant courteous, efficient and reliable. I moved into a new bungaloft where workmen had unexpectedly appeared to install a back splash, plus interlocking brick. The men were patient and able to move my items in spite of the construction. They were very careful with my belongings plus assisted me in putting my bed together (since I am a single widow). I wish that I had used this company for my previous moves, and would definitely hire them first off if I ever decide to move again!

First time using this firm + I had a very positive experience. The two guys showed up promptly + worked diligently to finish the move on time. Great impression + I would highly recommend their services.

Two men and a truck might be one of the best company's I have ever used! From the estimate to the movers class act and great people! Would recommend to everyone!

Of the three moving companies that I phoned, this is the only one who came to the house to assess the move and present an estimate in person. The estimate was mid range and well worth it - no hidden costs! Staff are permanent employees trained by the company who made a demanding job look easy, they dressed and conducted themselves professionally and had wonderful dispositions. Moving is one of the top three stressors but staff at this company were so efficient and caring...they helped to ease that stress. Other moving companies could learn from this operation!

We have used the Niagara location 3 times now! Every time we have received wonderful movers and great service! The movers work so hard, are pleasant, friendly, and work tirelessly all day! As a plus, the cost came on or under estimate every time! Thank you for excellent moving experiences! Keep up the good work!

A onsite quote was given with approx. Move time of 7.5 hrs. The 2 young men showed up on time, we're polite and hardworking..never took a break and wrapped and took apart any necessary furniture. They were well organized and were able to pack the truck in one trip and nothing was broken. Finished a hour and a half earlier. I totally recommend them to my friends and clients and will use them again. Annette

Very satisfied with my moving experience due to the efforts of the staff at Two Men and a Truck. Below is the review I left on their website. Of note is the fact that my family had positive interactions with everyone we dealt with in the office and on the day of our move we had some bonus helpers. Aside from some very minor dents, scratches and breaks, we are very pleased with how smoothly everything went. They were excellent. "Chose them primarily because they are/were local (Moved from Heron Park to Alta Vista and their office is on Kaladar in Heron Park) and available. Had very positive interactions with their office staff and timely responses to my queries. Four men and a truck showed up just slightly before 9 a.m. Abdul, Ben, Willy and Yaya were very courteous, friendly and reassuring when they arrived. They put us at ease and we felt confident that our move would go smoothly. And it did. Very impressed with their work ethic and efficiency. They also seemed like they were enjoying the task. We weren't as organized as I had hoped we would be, but the guys guided us through the remainder of the excruciating packing and moving experience in good spirits and good humour. They were fabulous. Highly recommended." They are not "cheap", but they provide quality services. Their workers appeared to be happy with the work they were performing and were efficient and effective. The workers we spoke to had been with the company for awhile. Having checked their online reviews, I recognized some of their names when we were introduced. That was comforting, to put faces to the names. I certainly wasn't disappointed with their service.

Great company. Showed up On time. No damages. The guys were hard working and had great personality . Would use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers. GREAT JOB!!
