    Many encounters

    I have encountered two men and a truck on several occasions for my own moving services as well as friends and family. Every experience so far has been great. Punctual and knowledgable movers and office staff, any questions or concerns were dealt with in a professional manner and they even were able to go above and beyond, taking apart a couch and bringing it through a window for us after it wouldn't fit through the newly renovated doorway. I have heard actual horror stories about moving companies but after seeing these guys work over the past few years I can only assume that none of these stories were involving Two Men and a Truck. I would recommend this company over any others in the area, hands down.

    Moving services

    These folks did a stellar job for us. Cameron and Jordan worked tirelessly, with great patience and tremendous respect for our things. They not only took apart our wall units, but wrapped the shelves and put things back together at the new location. I have a ton of artwork that the "boys" carefully packed and unpacked and gently delivered to the various rooms in the house. The whole experience from my first call with John Bailey, through the move and the follow up, was nothing but first class with an incredibly professional organization. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your next move.

    Basement apartment

    Justin and his guys were awesome. I moved from a basement apartment to a house. I have large furniture and lots of angles and stairs to deal with. Justin personally assisted with the move. Him and his men were very innovative and had great problem solving skills to deal with the tight squeezes. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

    Dad's Apartment Move

    Justin's team was on time, on budget and did a great job handling delicate items and doing a lot of heavy lifting on both ends of our move. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for the best moving experience! Cheers, Darrel

    Moving

    We needed some things moved from a warehouse to a basement with a set of stairs that turned halfway down. Three men came to move our stuff. They were quick, courteous and careful. I would certainly recommend them.

    Moving House to Condo

    I had a extremely heavy armoire upstairs and needed to bring it to my condo. These guys didn't even scratch the wall! Very seamless and friendly, would definitely recommend them to anyone!

    Condo to House Move

    I try to provide fair feedback, as I know it can be important to the continued success of a business. Having said that, this moving company was by far the worst we have ever used. They were extremely slow (get paid by the hour), and it even was as bad as them moving one small item at a time. Second, they damaged our front door, and the process to get compensated was extremely delayed. Lastly, they refused to refund any of our costs...it took them 9.5 hours to move a two bedroom condo. Unfortunately I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone interested in getting fair market value, and qualified movers. As a side note, if you have used these movers, I highly recommend you speak to the owner directly, as I had left five messages for their senior staff, and total disregard for getting back to me.

    Moving

    We lived on the second floor of an old apartment building with no elevator and we had a lot of big, heavy furniture. These guys arrived on a fairly hot morning and worked non-stop until the apartment was empty. We had all the boxes marked as to which room they were to go in and when they crew was finished, all boxes were where they should have been. I have to say that these guys were very efficient and professional. Should we ever need to need to move again, this company will get the first call.

    Moving

    DO NOT USE this company!!!! I used them to move from a small condo in Toronto to a house in Peel Region. The movers I had were rude, they initially refused to take down wall mounted mirrors and a bed, even when I booked it they said they can do that - they just wouldn't assemble or mount at the new location. That was fine. Eventually he did take it apart. The other mover dropped items loading into the elevator and simply said "oops" I asked if anything was broken, he said no. Once we got to the new house they would not listen and placed things in the wrong rooms and up against the wall when I asked if it could be placed in the middle as I was having it painted the next day. They damaged 2 items, (a standing mirror, and drawers to my office desk. After 25 or more emails they refused to pay for replacement and offered to have it fixed. After several attempts to come and pick up the items and not showing up, they finally arrived over a month after my move. They had the items for over 2 weeks and contacted me and stated they were "good as new" again several attempts to deliver them with no shows. They finally arrived on Octobet 19th (I moved Sept 2) the items were not fixed and was obvious that it wasn't fixed. I was dealing with Danville Jack (assistant operations manager) - wouldn't return emails, and told me that there was nothing he could do as the items were fixed! Please anyone moving do not use this company - worst moving expierence ever!!! The move was long,
