I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge I received. The technician arrived at my home right on schedule. My problem was solved but more importantly, I was informed HOW the mice were getting in the house which he fixed right away! Very pleased and highly recommendable.

There was minimal cutting done to the wall, and he managed to get the bird out of the wall without killing it. great job!

They did a perfect job dealing with my problem. About 4 months back my house was attacked by a group of raccoons. They completely occupied my attic and did not leave despite all the measures I took against them! I was lucky to find home stars people. They solved the issue with great patience and professional know how. Today I am thankful for their service.

I saw a mice in my garage then I started freaking out. First i tried by placing traps by myself. By doing that i found out having more than 6 mices in my garage :s. I felt like i have to have a proffesional help. I called pesticon at night and Iftikhar came right away next morning. He was very proffesional and he tried to know all the entry points for the mices. He placed poison inside my garage and at home too in case any mice sneak into the house. After a week i stopped seeing any dropping and any mice. He came after a months to check the poison and make sure everything is going well. He even saw that i have ants now so he offered to spray it for me for free. iftikhar is very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs his service.

The work was sufficient. I would have liked to see a more thorough inspection done inside the house, but my concerns were outside, and they looked at that. I find their obsession with my placing a rating on this site a little concerning however.

I am very impressed and satisfied with Mr. Iftikhar professionalism and job knowledge. He identified problem and provide me sufficient information and precautions to avoid the mice problem in future. He also warranty his work and assure his availability for any reoccurring issue. I also find him very accommodating as I was stuck in traffic and was late for my appointment. I definitely would recommend him and his company.

I called pesticon because I had a few of carpenter ant's nests in my yard. The problem started to upscale. Mr. Patel did a professional job.
