Kayyam Haider did an excellent job in consulting and dealing with our ant and spider issue. They provide the service rapidly and safely and we got the bronze package for three visits a year, I highly recommend.

I had carpenter bees coming into the framework of the sliding door out the backyard. I called Pesticon to see what they could do for me and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, Sunday, between 11am - 12pm. Manish Patel showed up closer to 10:30am which was great! I showed him the picture above and what I had seen and he was quick to agree that it was definitely carpenter bees. Manish went right to work on getting rid of the problem and making sure they don't come back. On top of that there was a 6 month guarantee on their work which is helpful. I will update as the summer goes along to let anyone reading this review know if there has been a return or anything else that has happened. The only aspect that I was not completely satisfied with was the slight pressure on writing a review. I always do with work that has been done to my home as I think HomeStars is a great resource and I always appreciate when people are honest on here. Not only did I receive a text message with the link, which did help, but also received a follow-up phone call later that evening to once again remind me to write a review. I don't overly think all of that is necessary. Outside of that, I think the work was quickly and professionally done and would recommend. OCT.26 UPDATE Used them again to get rid of some wasps that wanted to make a home at the front of the house. They were great, came the next day and took care of everything. Showed me how large the problem was and told me that if I see any of them around after a few days to contact them right away. It was great! I will continue to use them but hopefully I won't have too.

Days before moving into our first home, with three young kids, we discovered sawdust in garage. Called Pesticon. Immediate response, wonderful service. Iftikhar immediately identified carpenter ant activity, damp drywall in garage ceiling, areas where mice had come in and eaten through the spray foam insulation. He did a thorough inspection inside and out, treated for ants inside and out and I signed up for the Hone Protection Plan. Best decision ever! Iftikhar has been quick to respond, I've called him back for wasps, mice, and another ant site. The response is always quick, he's knowledgeable and always puts my mind at ease. He takes the time to diagnose, and educate, not just spray chemicals everywhere. I've used other pest control companies, but Pesticon is by far the best. I called their wildlife team in to look into raccoons in the ceiling, and they were brilliant too. They don't try to sell you what you don't need, no sales pressure, just a great team that cares.

The gentlemen were professional and friendly. They could have charged me more by suggesting a possibility of a raccoon in our attic, but instead, assured that while it was a raccoon that likely made the hole, birds and squirrels were the only ones able to fit inside. Additionally, they didn't pressure me to take the more expensive option of setting up a one way door for a few weeks, they just kindly presented my options and outlined their guarantees where applicable. As pleasant an experience as can be when your home is violated. One always fears the vultures that swoop in and take advantage of folks in need of help, but not here, these guys were great. Did I mention that the work looked great?

Manish was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with our insect issue. Although initially thinking we had carpenter aunts, he was quick to diagnose the problem, letting us know it was carpenter bees. He recommended the correct solution which ended up being cheaper than what we originally thought. We are very greatful for the quick service and peace of mind we now have.

Called them up and they were available the next day to do the job. Manesh came out and examined the house then explained what he was going to do. Next day did not find any live ants, a couple of dead ones as expected. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy service. Would recommend to anyone.

It was May 22 long weekend and we heard that one baby bird is trapped in the exhaust pipe. I called city of Brampton and Pesticon pest control. Pesticon pest control staff came to my place around noon and started to remove the birds. This project took a week as some baby birds were not coming out and I did not want them to be harmed. Pesticon pest control staff came to my place 5 times from start to end the project. One bird fell in my kitchen and I called them around 5:30 am and their staff member came to my place within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend their services. Excellent service and high quality customer services.
