For the past 30 years we have had a persistent problem with carpenter ants. Over the years we have used a few different companies to try to get rid of them. Though they were successful for that season, the ants would be back the next year. Also, these companies used a toxic treatment, which meant that we had to leave our house for hours at a time. This is not that easy to do, when you have pets. But 3 years ago we hired Pesticon, and they used a treatment of a non-toxic product and it worked quickly to eliminate the ants in the house. They used a stronger treatment on the outside. Although we have seen a few ants over the past 3 years there were not enough to warrant hiring a service. However, it was totally different this year. We had an infestation of flying ants in the house that was worse than we had ever had before. Right away I called Pesticon. It was around 6 pm on Sunday April 17th and Manish was here by noon April 18th. Once again he used a non-toxic powder in the house and sprayed the outside with a much stronger product. We saw a few ants that day and few dead ants for the next couple of days. It has now been 2 weeks without seeing a single ant, alive or dead. This is a great company to deal with and Manish was pleasant, very knowledgeable and professional. We now know that we will probably never totally get rid of the carpenter ants. But knowing that we have found a company that will respond quickly and effectively, as well as provide a 6 month guarantee, is very reassuring. We highly recommend this company.

Manish arrived same day, on time. Did a thorough inspection of the house, inside and out. Decided on best place to lay bait. Now we wait. Offered to come back anytime after 4 weeks and up until 6 months no charge. Feeling confident issue will be resolved. Would recommend Manish to others.

They were amazing! They came in and removed our raccoons (2 babies and mom), in a short period of time and on short notice. Very efficient given they were located in a challenging spot in the attic. The other company we hired was unable to accomplish the task. Father and son team were very professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

Pesticon arrived quickly, installed a one way door in our soffit and were very professional.The raccoon left and the problem was solved.

Very professional and helpful company. Good customer service. We had a dead squirrel in our bathroom ceiling and although they couldn't find it (that took a handyman to cut into the ceiling) they came a number of times and patched the access point the squirrel had taken under our deck. Would definitely use them again!

Called Pesticon late late one evening after spotting a mouse and hearing suspicious scurrying noises in the kitchen, suggesting He Was Not Alone. Spoke to the very helpful Mr. Ahmed who said salvation would be with me at 11am the next morning. Sure enough, at 1030am, Mr. Patel called to say he will be by my side soon and to be strong (I felt that was the message he was conveying, he actually said "I'll be there in 30 minutes") He arrived, took a look around and determined the breeding ground of the ("double digit") creatures. Two phone calls later (mine, not his) he was done and carefully explained all the mechanics, what to watch for and explained the six-month warranty. I appreciated his patience in the face of my repeated questions ("but are you SURE this will get them all??" "how soon will there be no more mice??" "ok, but really, how soon? And are you SURE this will get them all?" I was annoying to myself so he showed great fortitude. Thank you Mr. Patel! (And seriously though, how long?)

Manish was very helpful. Took the time to respond to all the questions and concerns. He did a detailed inspection and made good course of action to treat our problem. Hopefully the mice issue will be resolved and we will not have to call him again. Will recommend to anyone who might require his service.

I called them to solve my problem which I think is a dust mite, the guy who came name Manish is very nice and told me that if I still have any problem after 4-5 weeks he will come back and do the job again, he is good on what he does, and I will recommend him to friends and relatives that will need their services.
