Your representative responded immediately to my frantic phone call about the discovery of bed bugs in our rental unit. It was Sunday at noon, on the Easter long weekend, and your rep attended at 7:00 p.m. that night. He was very thorough in explaining the process and immediately set about his business. The cost for the service was very reasonable (considering the nature of the work), and I was pleased with the results of the initial treatment. The rep returned as scheduled, exactly two weeks later, at the designated time and completed the treatments. He assured me the problem was solved and explained the 6 month guarantee that our unwanted visitors would not return.

Pesticon is the best pest control company I've found in Toronto. I had an issue where I didn't know which insect was infesting my home. I was afraid I had cockroaches. I called Pesticon and an entomologist came the following day and correctly identified my insect as a silver fish and put my mind at ease, since these are less dangerous insects. I have also called for other minor issues and the response time is immediate. The people in the company are well educated, kind and trustworthy.

It's spring time, and the Carpenter ants started to reappear foraging for food. Called up Pesticon on Saturday morning and they were at our door on Sunday morning (just 'cuz we couldn't do Saturday afternoon). They were in and out within an hour and a half. They said ants would reduce in number and be gone within 6 weeks, but truth be told, I haven't seen one since. Only thing they could've done better was to advise us before to move any items of furniture from the walls.. But it's a homeowners subjective preference to move furniture themselves. Overall, great quality work.

Manish showed up on time, walked around to confirm whether I really had a carpenter ant issue. Manish made me feel like everything would be taken care of and not to worry. I left him in my house to get rid of the ant infestation and went away for the weekend. The house was left in order (yew there was residue from treatment but that was expected). I came back after the weekend and my house was in order key was placed in agreed spot and all was great. 5 weeks later as promised no more ants! I went from hundreds crawling around daily to nothing. I highly recommend Pesticon and they will be my number one go to for pest control from now on. Thanks Manish for the great service!

Had extermination a done with another company and my bed bug problem persisted. Pesticon came in after and did a comprehensive job. I am suspicious of the number of great reviews I thought maybe they were not genuine but they definitely were. Let's hope my problem goes away. Thank you for your great service.
