Pesticon Pest Control reviews (2390)

After having a horrible rodent outbreak and using another service who DID NOTHING to resolve the problem (other than show me how to set traps and dispose of the carcasses myself!), I called Pesticon and within a couple of hours of calling the most wonderful Mr. Patel arrived at my home and rigged it with the most effective poison (that you will not get on your own) and the problem completely disappeared in a day or two. Was so mad at myself for not knowing to call them sooner!!! I've since used them again to take care of some ants and again - they provided the most amazing service and got rid of the ant problem overnight. NOTE: if you are really leery of the very effective poisons they use (e.g. you have very rambunctious pets), DON'T BE... I had two kittens at the time that I had to deal with the mouse explosion and was so worried that poison might hurt my kittens. But Mr. Patel was so confident that it would not at all be an issue and was so careful to make sure that no trace of any poison could ever interact with my family and pets - just the uninvited guests! These guys are truly the best and once you use them - you will never use anyone else again!!!

I am new to Vancouver and saw one bed bug upon moving into my new place. The only problem was I couldn't see any other ones which is even more nerve racking then knowing you have a problem. Also, I had never experienced them before so did alot of research ( which I advise against )I called Pesticon and spent 2hrs on the phone - I was freaking out, but they assured me I would be OK. They came the next day to check out my apartment. Although they couldn't see anything I opted to get the treatment for peace of mind ( I had done so much Internet research that I was paranoid beyond belief) and Pesticon really eased my mind. They do 2 treatments ( 2 weeks apart) and between both , they were always available to answer questions. I would sometimes send photos via email if there was something that looked concerning and what I thought may be remnants of BB's. And they always responded. Their 6 month grantee is also a great reassurance. Super professional, informative!

It was great! I was happy with there work and fully satisfied. They were so helping and knew exactly what they were doing.

Mr Patel took time to understand our problem, educated us and than did his job with all patience and perfection. Now there are not a single crocroach in my kitchen and rooms. Hope same continues. Go for these guys for permanent solutions. One time expense is good rather than wasting money on different experiments. Abbas

Giants amongst men is the only words to describe the bravado and charisma of Shaquille and his father whose bravery is only matched by the men of the black watch. I called them late on a Friday night after running, shrieking like a 13 year old girl that just saw Justin Bieber after hearing a squeal that came from my wall in the basement which could only be described as something straight out of Mordor. They were willing to game at 9pm on Friday night but I told them I would light candles and pray to all gods until they could reach me in the morning. After a long night they arrived right at 9am as they said they would, took 1 second to hear the shrill of the beast and confidentially stated that it was the beast known in this world only as "Squirrels".After trying to see if they could get it via the chimney, with regret they advised the 9nly way would be to cut a hole in the basement wall. "No problem" I said, whatever it takes, you can take the whole wall down. Within a half hour, these knights of the Kings Templar found not 1 squirrel, but 2, along with the carcasses of 2 others.With great relief I thanked them and promised to name by first, second and third born children after them.These men who clearly must be from the Dothraki tribe, rid my home of the squirrels within an hour, leaving my home to return to peaceful bliss.Mere words could not describe my appreciation for the professionalism and efficiency of their work.May all the gods, old and new shone on them.

We were disturbed by this animal for 1.5 months . The other company told us it's a mice. They tried to deal with it but things only get worse. But pesticon is very professional, they found it's not a mice, it's a squirrel!! Only 3 days after I called them, the animals left our house! Thanks to pesticon and the professionals!
