Efficient and punctual. Came for second service free of charge. Provided service just like mentioned on phone. Provided complimentary bed box encasement. They're strong in customer service. Didn't see a bug after service. 100% satisfaction guarantee until now.

I generally do not write reviews but felt that Waheed and his team at Pesticon deserved this review. We had a bed bug issue in our condo building, several of the units on our floor were impacted. Property management called in a company that uses heat...well long story short after two "treatments" we still had the little critters. We called Pesticon and were impressed by the service, and the personal attention we received from Waheed. Waheed treated us very well and explained the process, answering all our questions. We are now bed bug free and it is all thanks to Waheed and Pesticon! This is the pest control company to call.

My reason for writing this review is to appreciate Pesticon 's excellent service in resolving the mice issue at my house.Waheed from Pesticon showed professional confidence, expertise and empathy for his customer.I strongly recommend Pesticon for any pest related issue.

I used pesticon's services a year ago and I'm finally writing a review now. While I can agree that Pesticon's was both quick to respond to my request for service and friendly I cannot recommend their services. In total the technician was in my home for 30 minutes setting bait. When I asked if they would be searching for an entry point I was told that old houses like mine would have too many entry points to even bother. Speaking on the six month guarantee, the technician suggested that frankly, houses like mine presented a liability for his company ie: the mice will be back. Unsurprisingly, the mice came back. And unsurprisingly I hired a different company to deal with the problem this time around. What I can say is that for less money than Pesticon charged that company deconstructed my front stairs to block an entry point with cement, provided wire mesh to block some other small potential entry points, as well as doing all the baiting that Pesticon did. Buyer beware.

I have ant problem in the house. Call Pesticon and they arrived on the same day, did a very professional and effective job. They then follow up with phone call after 2 weeks to make sure everything is ok. I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to call them if there is any more pest problem in the house. Highly recommended and the rate is reasonable.

We had a lot of wasps around the outside of our house. We called a few pest control companies and left messages explaining the problem. Waheed got back to us within a couple of hours and set an appointment for the next day. He came on time and explained what he was going to do and patiently answered our questions. He carried out the work and we have not seen any wasps since then. Waheed was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

I called around getting quotes on removing bird nests from my attic and bloacking the holes, other companies were quoteing over $500 for what I thought was not a big job, when I called Pesticon, Waheed gave me a quote no problem of $200, I was shocked! what a great price! Then he told me his guys could do the job Saturday afternoon, great even sooner than I thought Two guys showed up, one by the name of Shakir ( hopefully I am spelling it properly) and they explained the process, showed me what they were going to do, blocked the hole with a thick mesh and removed the nest, with a baby bird still alive (now living in our tree) Waheed e-mailed me the bill after the job was done, quick and easy, and told me just to mail him a cheque Very happy with the service and cost

I have never dealt with a company such as Pesticon before...they have such integrity and amazing customer service!!! If you have any issues with pests of any type, there is no other place to go except PESTICON...THANK YOU WALEED AND GHANSHYAM- KEEP UP THE EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!!!

We moved to our new home in Pickering over the winter and couldn't wait to enjoy the warm weather on our deck. That proved impossible since carpenter bees continually swarmed us whenever we stepped outside. I am terrified of bees and have stayed inside these past 2 weeks, since the bees first appeared. The problem only got worse with time and in desperation, I called Pesticon on Victoria Day, expecting to get an answering machine so I could leave a message. Much to my surprise, Mr. Ahmed promptly answered and said he would be at our home within 2-3 hours. He arrived 2 hours later, found the "nests" along the side of our deck and applied both a powder and then a spray to the nest areas and the remainder of the deck. Almost immediately, we saw the bees start dropping to the ground. Only an hour later, we were able to sit on our deck in peace. I was so grateful for the prompt service, especially since it is a holiday! Mr. Ahmed was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend his service to anyone!! Nothing quite like hearing your wife scream as she steps out of shower and is faced by a mouse. As we surveyed the area, we found two more mice and immediately were concerned we were dealing with an infestation. I called 4 companies hoping one would have emergency service as this was the Sunday of a long weekend. Called pesticon after seeing the good reviews -- someone picked up and two hours later Mr. Gyansham Patel was at the house. He sealed the cracks, explained how the mice got in and reassured us that if we saw another mouse, he would be back free of charge. Highly recommended, rare that you find such great service and such a great price.
