We've had an ant problem for a few years but I never called for help until yesterday-suddenly our rooms started to be taken over by dozens of large 1"-2" flying carpenter ants, creeping out of joints in our skylights. I called pesticon at 6 pm and they showed up promptly at 8 am the next day-they offered to do a quick spray to hold us over the night before but we declined. Ghanshyam was fast, friendly and efficient. As roof access wasn't possible he asked permission to drill a few holes in our ceiling to spray the attic and wall spaces, very easy to patch. Had to clear out for a couple of hours and when we returned, all we saw was dead ants. Ganshyam says almost all the nest is dead now, but it can take 20 days for the infestation to be completely cleared, if we see an ant after that he'll return and respray. Overall, fast and friendly. Price is reasonable, and the peace of mind of know the carpenter ants are toast is well worth the money. If I'd known it was this fast and easy, I'd have called last year-and I probably should have. Recommended.

We had a rat problem in our kitchen. Waheed and his crew were prompt, friendly and successfully helped deal with our rat problem. They took our calls at any hour and helped assure us when we were very disturbed by our rats. They even got a rat that was stuck in our wall! I would recommend to anyone.

I discovered I had a large issue with carpet beetle larvae. They were eating my clothes and despite constant cleaning and my landlords exterminator coming in to spray, the problem was not getting any better and seemed to be in every room of my apartment. I had been recommended Mr. Ahmed by several people so I decided to give him a call. He arranged to come by the next day and arrived with one of his employees to spray. He told me to continue to clean thoroughly and that if I was still finding live bugs after two week to give him a call back. Unfortunately we did still find a few bugs after this time so I called Mr. Ahmed to arrange an appointment for the next day for them to come and spray again free of charge. We haven't experienced any issues since. Mr. Ahmed has followed up several times in the months after the spray and has quickly answered many a crazy email I have sent about the issue. Couldn't recommend anyone better. Very personable and understanding and gets the job done.

I had Pesticon treat my apartment for a cockroach infestation. I was very pleased at how friendly and helpful the owner, Waheed, was. He arrived within a few hours of my call and did the treatment. I was surprised that he did not require me to clean out any cupboards or otherwise prepare for the treatment. It was pet-friendly and the service was offered at a good price (I had called around to other places, and received higher quotes than the price Pesticon gave). I definitely recommend these specialists to anyone else who has an infestation of cockroaches.

I found out cleaning my garage that I had a carpenter ant problem. Pesticon came out within a few hours and took care of the problem right away at a very reasonable price. They were very friendly and personable, and answered all my questions that I had. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

It was Sunday morning and we found a mouse in our house. We called 2 other companies before calling Pesticon; not only was their fee much higher, but they said "a technician will call you Monday morning to schedule an appointment". Not willing to wait, we called Pesticon after reading great reviews. Even though he was busy that day, Mr Ahmed saw the priority and accomodated us; he showed up at our door within 30 minutes! He did a fantastic job, caught the mouse, educated us quite a bit on all the "entry points" in the home, and assured us that our problem had been solved and that he would gladly come back if there were any issues. It has been 3 weeks since the service and no sight of mice! Thank you Mr Ahmed for all of your help, we will gladly recommend his services to anyone interested.

I have a very old unused BBQ in the backyard and it appears that wasps have been building hives in there for years. This year they seemed to be more aggressive and were bothering the person who cuts my lawn. So...I needed a company to remove the wasps and hives. I contacted Pesticon and was impressed that my call was answered immediately. Waheed said that he was able to come the same evening. Again, very impressive. He arrived and immediately assessed the situation. He said there was no problem removing the hives, which he did immediately. He also treated the BBQ so they would not return again. Overall I was very impressed by the speed and competence of Waheed. He is also extremely honest. I mistakenly wrote out a cheque for the wrong amount and he rang my doorbell to inform me and had me write out a new cheque. If you have a pest problem, this is the company to call!

Excellent service is all I can say. Have very large wasp ground nests that were there for years. Even came on a Sunday. Very polite and courteous. Thorough treatment. Hope to never se these critters again. Highly recommend Pesticon.
