We had a bed bug scare and we couldn't be sure if the source was my house or my partner's house. We had Gansy come inspect my partner's house and even though he assured me there was no infestation. I told him I'd been staying at my partner's place for over a week and I'd been waking up with bites so I didn't care that he found no other signs of bed bugs, I insisted he go ahead with treatment. So he did.
He came back two weeks later to do the 2nd treatment. On that day after he finished the treatment I asked if he'd do an inspection at my house (I was still waking up with new bites.) He said he would, free of charge and he SO kindly offered to drive me too (AND he allowed me to squeeze my vacuum cleaner in his truck!)
He inspected my apartment, and again found no signs of any bed bugs. He refused to let me pay to do another treatment for my own apartment because be was that confident there wasn't an infestation.
These guys are honest and diligent. I highly recommend using them. They also provide a guarantee that not many other companies in GTA offer and Ahmed insisted we keep calling him to check in so he could track our progress. They seem to really care!
It turns out Gansy was almost definitely right that there was no infestation in either houses, and my bites were most likely a delayed reaction from bites I received staying in (what we found out later) a hotel with a bed bug problem. The reaction was delayed by many many weeks, so it was all a very confusing and frustrating situation.
I appreciated Gansy's honesty and integrity.
