Came by our house and within weeks the mice were down dramatically. Then came back a second time to make sure and was helpful and informative as to why the mice were still around (an old infestation). Came back again one more time to make sure the job was done... and it was! No more mice.

I own a multi unit house and received a report cockroach sightings from a tenant last year. After initially panicking, I began doing research and found excellent reviews for Pesticon and gave them a call. Waheed arrived the next day and took care of the problem in one visit with very minimal intrusion on tenants. All the while he reassured me that the problem was very manageable. A frantic neighbour experienced the same issue a few months later and I recommended Waheed. Once again, he quickly solved the problem. Pesticon/Waheed are a landlord's best friend, his price was very competitive and most importantly he gets the job done (one visit in my case) unlike other companies that seem to return over and over again. We had heard some scratching sounds in our attic for a couple of weeks. I called Ahmed from Pesticon and he came by within a couple of days. He left a few traps then asked us to monitor the situation. After a few weeks, we heard the scratching again so I called Ahmed for help. He came by the next morning, left more traps at no charge and we have been mouse-free ever since. Excellent service.

We noticed a very loud scratching noise coming from the vent in our upstairs bathroom. I feared the worst, that it would be a raccoon, luckily it was just our good friend the squirrel who terrorises our backyard and garden. The guys from Pesticon responded to our call within a few hours and had the little critter homeless in a matter of hours. They put a wire mesh (humane) trap on the whole entering our home, so the squirrel could get out, but wouldn't make it back in. We haven't heard a thing since. These guys really know what they're doing.

Arrived promptly - the very day I called. Excellent service. Thorough. Explained all procedures. Appear to have no more mice after major infestation. Had to call them back after it appeared the mice were gone. Again they returned the very next day. Extremely happy with level of service.

We called Mr. Ahmed on Dec 29th, not expecting anyone to be available for the holiday (It's the saturday before New Year's Eve...). However, we arrived that same afternoon and began the first treatment the next day. My roommates and I were sleep deprived and our nerves were frayed, but Mr. Waheed was reassuring and kind. He also responded very quickly to our questions via email and/or phone. Pesticon was professional, punctual, reassuring, accomodating, and effective. We had our second treatment, and it's been about a month or so since we discovered bed bugs at our place and had our treatment. Ironically I hope to never deal with Mr. Ahmed again because his treatment was so effective! Highly recommended.
