We had been fighting mice for over a year when I finally decided to call someone to help. Pesticon came the day after my call, were efficient and polite. More importantly, in the month since their visit we have neither seen nor heard any mice. We are very happy with the service!

I left a message Sunday evening and they phoned within 30 minutes. We arranged for a time in the evening the next day. Very prompt and, when onsite, he explained what he was doing and looking for. He also had suggestions as to how the infestation might have started. He was mindful that I have a golden retriever and took added precautions with the poison. I would say that within a week I went from mouse droppings in the basement every night to no mouse droppings at all. It's been three or four months and I have yet to see any sign. Very pleased.

I phoned pesticon on New Years Eve expecting to leave a msg…not only did he answer, he agreed to come the next day at 9am to take care of our mouse situation!!! 9am on New Years Day!!! He was thorough, pertinent, resources and basically took care of the problem. He also said he would come back if the mice did…but they didn't!

I called the company after trying to get rid of the mice by yourself for a year. Waheed and his assistant came over on time and set traps and poison around the house. He is very knowledgable and told me the infestation has been for some time. Recently I started to hear some scratching sound on the ceiling and behind the wall. I contacted Waheed immediately and he was at my place within 3 hours (very impressive!). He re-checked my house again and set some more poison at no cost. The service is A+ and I am confident mu problem with mice will be solved very soon!

We have had a terrible smell in our basement for months and after having one company come out and just drill holes into our wall without resolving the issue (and charging us!), we found Pesticon Pest Control. Waheed accommodated our schedule, coming out on a Sunday afternoon, only after receiving a call from us on Saturday night. He was professional, friendly and provided us with sound advice. He confirmed that there indeed was indeed a rodent problem and did a through check around the perimeter of our house to look for entry points. He also suggested that we contact a plumber as he believed that there was a possibility that they were coming through some unsealed pipe. We took his advice and had a plumber in today and he was right! Before he left, he deodorized our basement and it smells much better. We can actually go downstairs now! I contacted Pesticon in the fall for a squirell problem and spoke to Mr. Ahmed. Within a day the issue was resolved. Few days later the one-way door was removed. Squirell is back were it belongs, oustide! Great customer service. They were friendly, flexible and prompt and gaurantee their work.

We had contacted Ahmed initially to resolve our mice problem. He was very prompt in replying to emails and arrived on the same day. The mice returned after 6 months but Ahmed didn't charge us the 2nd time even though it's a 6 month guarantee. there has been no mice since!

I contacted Pesticon in the summer for a bug problem and spoke to Mr. Ahmed. He was very kind and courteous over the phone to listen to all my concerns. Mr. Rasheed arrived promptly on the arranged day and spent time with me to walk through the entire procedure, addressing any questions I may have. They even followed up with a phone call, attentive to make sure they did a good job! Great customer service. They were friendly, flexible and prompt. Not every company guarantees their work for six months. I highly recommend Pesticon!

We called Waheed from Pesticon when we bought a new (old) house that was overrun with mice. He was efficient, friendly and professional, and returned for a follow up visit five months later. We are satisfied with this service and would recommend it to others.

This company is amazing. Look no more through the yellow pages and call them. They are fast, friendly, and they get the job done. We live in a 50 yr old home and there were carpenter ants all over the place. I called and spoke to Ahmed in july 2012. He booked us an extermination date the next day! The price was very reasonable too. A month later, we were still see a few ants here and there. I called him and he came out again to redo it for free. I called him again just last week during the xmas holidays because we saw 1-2 ants again and so did my tenant. He was here in two and didn't charge us for another treatment for the ants. These guys are sincere and understand customer service. Look no further for any pest or bug control. I would recommend them to family and friends. I actually have their number on my contacts list!!!
