I have used Waheed's service twice now, and have been satisfied both times. A few years ago, he solved a cockroach problem in my condominium apartment. Having since moved into a townhouse, I recently found that I had a bed bug problem. I called Pesticon right away. Waheed came out same day, confirmed that they were bed bugs, and gave me instructions on how to prep my place for treatment. He came back the next day to treat it, and followed up 10 days later with the second treatment. My infestation had been a bad one, and 2 weeks after the second treatment, I still saw a couple of bugs. I called again, and Waheed came back to do a third treatment. I've not seen any bugs for 6 weeks now, and a bed-bug sniffing dog has confirmed that my place is now free of them. Waheed's 6 month guarantee is twice as long as most companies offer, which is great. I definitely recommend Pesticon.

I thought I saw a Cockroach in our basement so I went onto Homestars and found Pesticon. Waheed was professional and very knowledgable about all kinds of insects and gave me a real education! He told me my options and explained that his special mix of spray would not harm myself, my family or my pet, which I really appreciated. His service was more expensive than I thought it would be but because he made me feel safe, secure and that not only could I trust him but that I could call him ANY time with questions or concerns, I think it was well worth it.

I had one cockroach. I called Pesticon and they were at my door the same day. Late last night, I saw a mouse zip across the floor of my baby son's bedroom as I was feeding him. You can imagine my horror. It zipped into our bedroom and my husband and I spent the next hour chasing it around the room. We caught it and put it outside. First thing the next morning I called Pesticon. Waheed came right down and did a thorough inspection of the house and concluded that we did not have an infestation but rather it was likely a sole one-off mouse. At that point, he let me know that he would be happy to turn around and go home or that he could put down traps anyway just in case. I believe what he said was "I will be happy to do the work but I will be just as happy if you decide you don't need it" - he was not pushy at all. In the end, I decided to have him put the traps down because with a new baby, I want peace of mind. He placed them all over the house and gave me instructions as to when to remove them. He also inserted some poison into a crack in the wall where the mouse might have entered. I believe that any exterminator could do what he did but I do not believe every exterminator would be as honest and courteous and professional as he was. I really appreciate his integrity. They showed up the same day I called, and took care of our squirrel problem immediately. It's been weeks now and the critters have NOT returned. No animals were harmed, and the house is secure. EXCELLENT WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
