It's a pleasure to post a review of Pesticon. We called the company to help with a bedbug problem. As you can imagine, we were horrified to have discovered this notorious pest. Mr. Ahmed was great to deal with. He's knowledgeable, punctual, honest, and genuinely cares about the quality of his work. Our problem disappeared after the first of his two visits. After his second visit, Mr. Ahmed followed up to make sure our problem was solved. And 2 months on, there's no reappearance of the bedbugs. Interestingly, I had introduced Mr. Ahmed to our neighbours. They didn't have bedbugs, but when I told them we did, they were anxious to give Mr. Ahmed money to spray "pre-emptively". It would have been easy for him to have taken their money, but instead he waved them off, telling them they shouldn't spray unless they have a problem... Highly recommended.

I was so thrilled with how efficiently and with understanding Pesticon came and took care of my problem. I have not had any mice since and feel confident recommending this service to anyone who has a mice problem that they want quickly and effectively taken care of.

In 2009, we had Company X give us an estimate on a termite treatment (there was old damage visible). They did, but when we tried to schedule the treatment, they said they'd call back the next day, and never did. We found Pesticon online. Waheed and his teammate did an even more thorough inspection, and were far more informative. Some of their tips saved us a lot of money; Company X neglected to share the money-saving info. On the day Pesticon was to do the treatment, I wasn't home and had forgotten to lock the cats upstairs. By the time I called to tell them this, they'd already taken care of it, and even put up additional plastic barriers to keep the cats safe. Persticon beat the competition's price by several hundred dollars. Their optional annual-follow-up inspections cost half of what Company X would have charged. Two years later, we started to see the occasional small cockroach. When Waheed came to get rid of them, he recommended a treatment that was safe around our young daughter. We haven't seen a cockroach since. Also during that visit, Waheed checked the termite "station" in the yard, and found about five termites. Rather than encouraging us to spend money on a treatment, he pointed out that five termites is very few, as the station had been there for two years, and didn't warrant immediate concern. He easily could have told us we needed the treatment, and made more money, but he's far too honest. For quality, professionalism, and integrity, Waheed and Pesticon are the best!

Great service...fast and efficient...very friendly...told me what to expect and how to prevent it in the future...also showed me where they were getting entry into the house. Was conscious of my dogs and made sure they were out of the area and out poison where they couldn't access it. Definitely recommend them.

Called Pesticon after finding that we had an infestation of cockroaches living inside of our home. We were greeted by their friendly staff and the job was done quickly and well. Hopefully we will not have another situation similar to this one, but we do, we know who to call.

After finding Carpenter Ants inside and outside of our house, we researched various companies and decided to contact Waheed. The great reviews we read were dead on. Waheed was professional and efficient. We have 2 young children in the house, and he was extremely understanding and ensured us the products he uses are safe. Waheed arrived on time, and in an unmarked pickup truck. Thank goodness! I could only imagine what the neighbors would talk about seeing Pest Control at our house. We left the house with our children to allow Waheed to work his magic. 5 months later, we have not seen one Carpenter Ant. Thank you Waheed. We will not hesitate to call you in the future if the need arises.

We called Waheed after reading his reviews on Homestars. He came to our house on very short notice and managed our expectations. He explained that the most effective way to catch a rat was to use a contact poison, but because we have a baby in the house, Waheed advised against it. Instead, he recommended sticky traps, which although take longer and aren't as effective, were safer for the baby. Waheed was always available for questions and was very professional. In the end, after two weeks, we trapped the rat ourselves in the basement washroom, but Waheed promptly came the next morning, caught and disposed of it. We would definitely recommend him to others.

Waheed was incredibly responsibe to our call and even following payment of the invoice he continued to come out and check on things when we had a concern and asked him to. Very good customer service - cannot say for sure if our furry friends are really gone but we will know in the spring.

I had a diferent Pest Control come to my house a couple of years ago for carpenter ants in my garage. It was sprayed, but then when I saw new wood shavings 1 month later,, it meant that the problem was still there. That's when I decied to give Pesticon a try. Waheed came to my house as promised, he assessed the situation and sprayed not only where he saw lots of wood shavings, but also in other areas of the garage where they might be hiding/nesting. Waheed was very professional and -- here' the best part -- it's been 6 months and no wood shavings! Thank you Waheed!

By the time my friend told me about Waheed and Pesticon, I had been suffering with clothes moths for three long months. I had already tried another pest removal company who had sprayed my apartment twice. Still - the moths remained and seeing them flying around my apartment every day and night was driving me crazy, not to mention disgusting. I had moth traps and cedar traps, garment bags, the works. I had washed every stitch of clothing, put things in the freezer, in the hot sun and still I was seeing clothes destroyed and infested. My friend swore by Waheed and said he was the best thing to ever happen to her house. I gave it a shot - I had nothing to lose but the moths! Waheed reassured me over the phone. He listened when I told him how long I had been suffering and promised me my problem would soon go away. He came quickly and best of all - he only came once.
