This is my second time using Pesticon. I have a building with four tenants. I had used this service last year. They have a 6-month guarantee. My tenants didn't see a re-occurance until just recently (one year later), so I called them to come and take care of the problem. Ahmed is punctual, calls before he comes to confirm the time. Very prompt! Mr. Ahmed came to our place the same day that I called. My husband had seen a mouse in our basement. Mr. Ahmed came and looked around the exterior of our house and garage and was able to tell us where the possible entry points were. He also went throughout our house and put the pellets in all the areas. He even came back another day when I thought there was a place we had missed in the garage.
