We used Pesticon a year ago for an ant problem and then again this time for a mouse problem. Both times they were polite, punctual and did the job right.

Waheed from Pesticon was great to have around. Even though I had a termite infestation, he tried to minimize my paranoia. He explained to me the process and was very educational about the steps taken before, during, and after the treatment. He has a Master's Degree in Science (agriculture and chemistry). I like using people that understand the nature of their speciality, not only from experience, but education as well. So far, no more termites. He even shared his lunch with me. Awesome company, highly recommended.

We had hired the Pesticon 02 years ago they helped out us with Black Ants .We called Mr Ahmed this year with different pests .We like the service and the quality they provided .Recommended to every one who needs such kind of service.

We have a low rise building. Over the years we had to deal with bedbugs, centipedes, fleas and mice (not all at the same time!). Waheed always came promptly to inspect and suggest the best method of dealing with the situation. Not only that - he lets you know what habits pr changes need to be made to keep the pests out! There was a severe cocroach manifestation of cockroaches in the basement of our house, and ever since Pesticon implemeted their affordale services, there has not been a cockroac in sight!

I have had leaky roofs, flooding basements, all manner of household catastrophes. But nothing could prepare me for RATS! in my walls, in my ceiling, in my neighbours house (semi), in my downstairs tenants apartment. Easily, I hadn't slept in 4 weeks. If you have a rat, or mouse problem, DO NOT TRY TO TAKE CARE OF IT YOURSELF!!!! That is why there are professionals like Waheed. I called him on a Sunday morning, and he was there almost instantly! Yes, I called one of the bigger companies,, but apparently I wasn't good enough for even a call back. Pesticon showed up, and my problem was almost instantly solved. That was 2 weeks ago, and Waheed just called me to make sure there was no more problems. That is service. I can't say enough good things about him. Professional, courteous, and super knowledgeable. Honestly, I hope you never have to go through a rat infestation, but if you do, don't settle for anything less than Pesticon. We hire Pesticon Pest Control two months ago.The bed bugs are gone forever now . We have no doubt to they give us the best service now.We are living bugs free life now Thanks to Pesticon.

We had an issue at our new house with some unidentified termite-like insects in a pile of wood at the edge of the property, and called Pesticon. Mr. Ahmed dropped by that evening and suggested leaving a detection station to confirm the presence of termites as a first step. He refused to take any payment. Six weeks later, I called him back to check the station and, fortunately, results were negative. Mr. Ahmed suggested moving the station to check another location and again refused to take payment. On any future insect or animal issues, Pesticon is guaranteed to have my business.

Waheed came in within 24 hours of me calling him - he was thorough in his assessment and gave me a 6 month guarantee. The other day, I find more droppings and called him - he came back without hesitation. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I recommend Pesticon.

We side onto a forest and have had carpinter ants living on our outside wall / under windows since we moved in. Water damage provided a nice damp home for them there. Called Waheed, came down next day. Asked a few questions, and was powdering this and that. Next day, we only saw two ants (both had gotten in the powder and bit the dust shortly afterwards - pun intended). Have not seen the ants since (4 months now). It is also important to note that we had fixed the water damage area ourselves. You will never get rid of pests like this if you provide them a nice damp warm home to live in... Five stars for Pesticon. Job well done, and price was very reasonable.
