We called Waheed on the last day of a holiday weekend when we found an infestation of carpenter ants and were worried it was termites. Within an hour, he was at our home, identified the problem and took immediate action, following up with more in-depth action the next day. He appeared reliable, friendly, caring, and best of all, the problem seems to be resolved. We wholeheartedly recommend Waheed!!

We had severe bed bug infestation in our entire house. Pesticon did a good work of extermination by spraying all the areas including the small gaps in walls or floorboards. We have not had any repeats in the past 3 months.

I have never come across bees that have nested inside walls. However, that was what happened in our case. If you are looking for professional, efficient and quality work the call Mr. Ahmed. Not only was he very conscious of my hectic scheduling needs, but he went out of our way to ensure that I understood what has to be done and why. He took the time to answer all my questions. He was on time, efficient and clean - rare assets in several of the services I have used in the past. What really impressed me was that he ensured that the problem was "completely" contained by examining and/or treating, not just the specific problem areas, but the general surrounding area as well. I came home from vacation and discovered that I had 2 huge wasp nests outside my house. Not knowing what to do, I looked on the internet and came across Pesticon. It had been reviewed very well on the internet, so I gave them a call. Within 2 hours of my call, Ahmed was at my house taking care of the problem. The two nests were wiped out completely. However over the next couple days, I noticed some more wasps trying to make other nests. I called Ahmed again to see what I should do. He said if they become a problem, he would take care of these new nests for no charge! But since these ones were pretty small, I just took care of them myself with over the counter sprays. To my surprise and for no additional costs, Ahmed still came by my house to make sure that everything was OK. I don't normally write reviews, but am doing so now because I really appreciate how honest, professional and knowledgable Ahmed was. Great customer service. Hopefully I never need pest control again, but if I do I will certainly call Pesticon

We were seeing holes in out cotton knits for over one year. We got worried when we started seeing clothes in my new cotton knits. We knew there is some kind of bug. The powder solution that I got from Canadian Tire did not stop them. After treatment by Pesticon, they have disappeared. I am very impressed with his knowledge of pests and their nesting behaviour.

We called Waheed the evening we discovered our mouse problem and he showed up within the hour to help. He did a fantastic job and was a consummate professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and within minutes had figured out where the problem was. After checking the entire house he plugged up holes, put down poison and helped clean everything up. He answered all of our questions and really made us feel better. We haven't had a problem since and would absolutely call him again.

After finding piles of sawdust accumulating on the couch beneath a skylight I was worried I had termites. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Pesticon using google (I had yet to discover this site) and Waheed assured me over the phone that they were carpenter ants, since apparently termites don't leave sawdust as they consume the wood completely. He was right - not surprising since he has a degree in entomology! It was easy to make an appointment with him in the next few days and he was very friendly and discrete, swept everything up when he was done, and left me some little traps of poisoned food for any ants that might still be lingering. All this for $300 plus tax. A month later when the ants tried to make a comeback he was able to come back within a day of my phonecall and do a follow-up treatment for free (he has a 6 month guarantee). He recommended I replace the skylight since the wood is rotting and has offered to come the day I get it replaced to spray behind the wood - once again, all for free. He is absolutely conscientious, trustworthy and wonderful. It's no wonder he's been featured in the Toronto Star AND Toronto Life magazine in the last year, he truly is Toronto's bugbusting superhero!
