A few weeks ago, when I spotted a couple of ants wondering around my kitchen and bathroom areas, I was little worried and called Pesticon. Waheed showed up the next day with professional knowledge and sense of humors. He checked my home and found the ants were trying to build a nest inside the front window. He destroyed the attempt and also sprayed interior and exterior for protections. Since then there isn’t a sign of ants inside anymore. It’s not the end yet, what really impressed me was how Waheed treats his customers. Over the Canada Day weekend, I found a group of ants crawling around my back window on Sat. evening, I phoned Waheed, and learned he had a party on Sunday, but since I’m his customer he would sacrifice his personal time to come over. Job has been done on Sunday morning. I felt extreme lucky to have Waheed and was deeply moved by his professionalism, I would strongly recommend Waheed to anyone who needs a pest control service! We've been bothered by bees under our back patio deck for weeks now and fed up, we decided something needed to be done. Because we could not find the nest, some exterminators wouldn't even come out. One we called immediately began to tell us it could cost us $100's of dollars. Some didn't even bother to return our call. Mr. Ahmed was prompt and knowledgable. He knows his stuff!!! He did what needed to be done for a fair price. I can not believe I've not seen a bee since he left this morning. It truly is a miracle and I can't thank him enough. Thank you Ahmed for your speedy and reliable attention to the carpenter ant problem in my kitchen. Ahmed was called early Sunday morning and promised he'd attend the following day. He took care of the ant infestation and they have not returned. Ahmed also pulled out the refridgerator to be sure there were no further nests hidden in that location. He also went the extra mile and cleaned beneath the fridge for me! He also provides a written guarantee that in the event the ants 'return' within six months' time, that he'll be back to take care of the problem. I was pleased to see that he left my kitchen clean and my kitchen 'ant-free'. The chemicals he used are odourless and not harmful to the environment. We hired the Pesticon Pest Control last year and this as well not for the same service .Mr ahmed is honest and reliable personailty .he ism our family exterminator or i would say a family member i cant say any thing about the others but you can count on him .He knows what he is doing if it is in my power i will rate him in thousands .Folks just go with him for your extermination needs he is the best .

I had a wasp problem right above my front door (multiple nests in the overhang area). I hired another "professional" who came and took the area apart and removed the nests and sprayed a liquid chemical. The wasps came back a week later. I called him and he refused to come back to help. I called Pesticon and Waheed Ahmed came to the rescue!! He did an amazing job, used the proper stuff and we have not seen another wasp since. Also, I had built a garden and noticed a colony (hundreds)of what I thought were termites under the dirt and in the wood! With everything that went wrong with our renovation, I am grateful for good, honest, hardworking contractors like Waheed. He came to our house, showed us the issues we had with termites and within days had scheduled and finished the job. He then, as promised, came back a few months later and did the backyard). We had an entire OLD downtown Toronto house renovated. Termites are a known issue in the area. Waheed's work, his guarantee and his professionalism make him a solid winner.
