With the city in quarantine mice are everywhere. Pesticon came out and provided a great service and information to ease my mind. The service was thorough and informative.

We had friendly, knowledgeable, efficient service that was done quickly and on time. When there was another problem, they promptly returned to follow up. I would recommend this company for their services.

Excellent Service by Khayyam. I was contacted prior of his arrival time. Our situation was very early with seeing only 1-2 carpenters ants every few days but Khayyam recommended to tackle it early, as it takes a few weeks to eliminate. He sprayed inside and outside and will come back for 2nd exterior application if needed. I will monitor and update success. They provide 6mth warranty so I feel better. I am pleased with the service.

I had a wasp nest that was hanging under the eaves over my garage and it was scary opening and closing the garage door. Darrell showed up on time for the scheduled appointment and was very polite, informative and went above and beyond. It was all done quickly and efficiently. I have used this company before @ 5 years ago with my first home for the removal of a wasp nest in between bricks where the mortar had crumbled away. I was very happy with their service then and I am equally happy with their service this second time. Will definitely call them again if I need to. Thank you so much!

This is the second time I hired Pesticon. The first time was 5 years ago to exterminate a wasp nest in my back yard. They got rid of the wasp nest in one visit. This time was to spray for black ants on the outside of my home. My experience both times was that Pesticon technicians are responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable and want to ensure they eradicate your pest problems. The technician came by and examined the situation and explained what the problem was and why they recommended to be done. They then came and performed the service as agreed upon and notified me when they were done. In addition to being excellent at their job they confirm appointment times and details of the job via text or email, answer any questions promptly via text (or phone, however text is very efficient in my opinion) and once the job is done you receive an email with the invoice, job details and the option to pay with your credit card online from inside the invoice. I rarely give reviews, however I believe that this company excels at every step of interaction with their customers and would recommend them to anyone with any type of pest problem!

I'd recommend Pesticon again. Their rates were clear and reasonable. They were able to send someone the very next day. The exterminator they sent, Darrell, was really nice, very professional, and he found signs of the nest right away. He gave us clear instructions for managing the aftermath, including caulking entry points in the brickwork of our house and remaining dangers. He was actually running early but called ahead of time to see if that was okay.

We've used Pesticon every time we've had an insect problem in our house or garage and they're always the people we call. In this instance, we noticed a rather unfortunate infestation of cluster flies in our unfinished basement. We've learned from experience that insect sprays available to the general public don't work so we called the professionals right away. Even though we called Pesticon on Friday evening, they were able to send someone for the following day. Khayyam arrived at the appointed time and was very knowledgeable and professional. The treatment was very thorough and has resolved the problem. We've always had 100% satisfaction with Pesticon and would always recommend the company to anyone facing a pest problem in their home.

Rep did a good job destroying several ant colonies that had built up around the house and sprayed for other insects. He cleaned out a couple of rat traps that no longer served any practical purpose and offered real good advice on how to protect bird feeding stations from rat visits and tips on how to keep outside of house clear of pests and insects by tossing out rotted-damp wood etc.
