    Pest Control

    I really appreciated that when I called, someone picked up and dealt with my problem immediately. Every step of the process was very professional, even to the point where I received a text when the technician was on his way. Andre did a fantastic job, and I would call and request him if we ever had problems again. He was calm, professional, listened to all my concerns, and then went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. Thanks again!

    Remove ant nest

    They responded promptly. Kept me up to date on timing. Explained clearly what they would do. Highly professional. Khayyam was amazing.

    Pest control-ants

    Gentleman that came to do job knew a lot about his work was prompt and so far we have not seen any carpenter ants.

    Wasp removal

    Great Service

    The serviceman who came to take care of our second floor carpenter ants situation was extremely patient, kind and helpful. He took the time to explain all our options, and explain why he was doing what he' was doing. He also prepared us for what we should expect, can expect and should be prepared to do. And he answered every question my wife could come up with. We are so used to seeing service providers trying to get a job done and run out the door. This was the opposite. Thank you.

    Wasp treatment

    We called Pesticon to deal with wasps that had entered our home through our basement. This had previously occurred five years earlier and we'd called another company to deal with it at that time. Based on Pesticon's high rating on various sites, we decided they'd be the company to contact for this year's invasion. Darrell, the technician who was dispatched, was thorough and efficient, clearly knowledgeable about pest control and proactive about sharing this knowledge in a straightforward manner. His tips on how to easily prevent wasps from entering our home were provided carefully and without condescension, which we really appreciated. Not only was the main breach treated, but other potential problem areas were treated as well, just in case, without extra charge (since only one tank of solution was used). Darrell also maintained physical distancing, which was a thoughtful gesture. Big thanks to him and Pesticon.

    Pest control in garage rats

    Kahham was lovely polite and social distancing was a 150% effort. Incredible service. And Pesticon are happy to make frequent visits to eliminate the rodents. So great fun and I will use this service again

    Getting rid of Rats in our house

    We asked Pesticon to deal with our rodent situation and again like 2 years ago they did an excellent job . Bot mr Ward who did the preparation and mr Haider who found and removed the dead animal from the back of our fridge did a great job. Highly recommended company.

    Mice Extermination

    I wish to thank the team at Pesticon in Toronto for the services they provided to help us exterminate mice. The Pesticon support team emailed me and texted me to alert me to the name of the person who would be coming, and the date and time of arrival. Two service calls in total were made to our house. Service was right on time, the problem area quickly sourced, the procedures and products to be used were explained, our questions were answered, and problem quickly resolved. Service was on time, very friendly and efficient, and was very courteous. An email receipt for payment was provided. We are totally satisfied.

    Ants infestation - Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

    It does not get any better than this! I am extremely satisfied with Pesticon and I am glad I came across them on Homestars. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I had an ants infestation problem in my kitchen and one of the bedrooms. After trying numerous store bought products without much success, I decided to seek professional help. I spoke to Ahmed (owner) on the first call and he explained me the entire process in great detail. Within 24 hours, he sent Iftikhar to my house. Iftikhar was extremely professional, punctual, informative, and very careful. He answered all of my questions and really took his time to share all of my requested information. Thank you so much folks and I look forward to working with you again!
