What can we say? After booking an appointment, Blair was here the same day. He asked good questions, calmed our fears and got to work. Within minutes had the bathroom exhaust fan removed, caught the bird and blocked the entry point. So great. Even did it with a smile!! Quick service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My first point of contact was Donna, and she was incredible. I had a CARPET BEETLE INFESTATION for three years because of a natural wool carpet, and she was immediately able to calm me down, walk me through the steps, and find the source. Customer service is where it all starts, and Donna was a life line. She acts fast and is effective, and I would recommend anyone thinking about pest control to give her a call. The second time I called was for a cockroach problem in an 100+ year old Toronto house which my grandma lives in. My grandmother has brown and black cockroaches walking through at night, but we couldn't detect the source. So, I gave Donna a call and her knowledge about where these pests live is amazing. Jason is the guy who came to both houses and really tackled the problem. His calm demeanour, friendliness, and wonderful ability to really soften the situation is incredible. He is fast, effective, knowledgeable, and he knows where to spray. DONNA AND JASON are the best team ever, and living downtown with cockroaches, mice, and all other kinds of pests, you will be lucky to have these guys tackle the problem for you.

Chose Pesticon based on: 1). Homestars Reviews. 2). Prompt response to my inquiry. 3). Clear explanation of the job to be done, and how the treatment would work to kill the queen ant and thus eliminate the colony. 4). Quote price. Pesticon's technician, Mudassar, arrive within minutes of the appointed time and was very clear about what he needed me to do and the result I should expect. He was courteous, respectful and a pleasure to work with. The ants disappeared within a few days and have not reappeared since - even though Mudassar had told me that complete elimination might take as much as 3 or 4 weeks given the way the insecticides worked.

We suspected we had a mouse issue, we would see droppings in the basement. One day we actually saw a mouse in the house. We went on line and found Pesticon. We called them, and they came out that same day. They were on time, and spent lots of time explaining the issue and how they would solve it. A month after they left, we checked the areas where we had seen evidence of the mice, and there was none. When they were here, they told us to follow up with them 4 months later. We called them, they came out, and they came exactly when they said they would. They did a thorough inspection, and assured us, they had rid us of the issue. We had not heard any noises in the walls and had not seen any evidence that the issue still existed, so his confirmation was assuring. They promised a follow up visit was part of the initial charge, and even though we could not find that in writing, they stuck to their word, and did not ask for money for the follow up. I would recommend them 100%, and I would say I would use them again, but lets hope we don't need to. Thanks again Pesticon!

Pesticon has served us for Pest control as well as mice control. Their response has been very good and quick and educate you to have precautions taken in long run to avoid Pest or other issues in your home.
