Some kind of record. I called a few companies before Pesticon but ultimately they were the most professional on the phone, (I am elderly) and they showed up the next day. Blair was very helpful and walked around my whole property. After finding 5 holes for ground hogs he strategically placed a cage near the most active hole. Blair wasn’t even gone for 10 minutes before I had to call him back to collect the trapped groundhog! Way to go! Very impressed with his expertise!! Highly recommended for trapping of any animal!!

The owner came in on a Sunday early afternoon rather than wait till Monday as he gives his employees the wknd off. As I was anxious, he put my mind to rest explaining everything he was doing. Very thorough. Did not rush through the job. Very pleasant man who aims to please. No more rodents...knock on wood!

Although it took 4 weeks to trap and remove the Pest, Pesticon succeded where another company failed. Staff where friendly, helpful and professional. They also accommodated afterhour times, which was extrremely convenient.

Our second time using the company. This time we had something (skunk or raccoon) living under our deck. Andre was great and very helpful. Set-up trap and came back to seal up hole under our deck where animals were getting in. Hope we don’t need them again but if we do, would definitely use there services and would recommend them to anyone.

Kayyam came and sprayed to address our ant problem and they were literally all gone / dead the second he sprayed and they’ve been gone ever since. Would definitely use this service again if I needed them.

I've used Pesticon twice -- once for a bugs problem in our old apartment, and more recently for rats in our house. (We are super-clean people; it's not us, I swear!) They were great taking care of the bugs: Khayyam found the entry point, sprayed the crap out of it, and we never saw another bug again. The rats have been less successful. When Khayyam first came to our house, it seemed like he had solved our issue: He sealed off the apparent entry point and laid traps where we had heard them (behind baseboards under our built-in fridge -- they must like the warmth from the motor). For months we didn't hear anything so it seemed like they must have been outside when the entry point was sealed and couldn't get back in. Just a few days ago, though, we caught a rat in one of the traps. We called the company back as we wanted not only to dispose of the corpse, but also to re-inspect the entry points, and clean up and disinfect the mess (read: fur and poop) the rat had made under our fridge. Once again, Khayyam came quickly -- less than 24 hours later, in fact -- and took care of the dead rat. But that's about it. He didn't have any bleach, cleaning or de-odorizing equipment with him, and the re-inspection of the entry points seemed pretty cursory, with no apparent attempt to find other potential ways inside. He did apologize profusely for not having the de-odorizing equipment with him and offered to come back the next day. I appreciated his offer but ended up just disinfecting and de-odorizing myself. Overall, Pesticon and Khayyam are very responsive, generally effective and really do respect their 1-year guarantee -- only the initial visit for each issue cost us $. If they end up solving our rat problem for good I will definitely raise my review, but overall, with some caveats, I am satisfied with the service.
