I had a carpet beetle infestation for three years, because I had a natural wool carpet. The infestation spread everywhere, that I found larvae in my closet, in the laundry room, and even kitchen cupboards . I was dealing with Donna and Jason, and they are so wonderful. They really helped to alleviate my stress, and they eliminated the problem. Do not hesitate at all to use PESTICON...especially with the friendly service of DONNA AND JASON. Fantastic team. Can't thank them enough :)

They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the work. They came one day to look at the house and they knew right away what they had to do. The next day they came and removed the babies and sealed up all the entrances the mother racoon had made in the roof.

Definitely pest control helped our condominium get rid most of the pests which leaves us satisfied with the service given.

Jason is prompt, professional and personable. He received the service call and was asked to be at my place within 2 hours of receiving the call even though he was at least 50km away. He did his inspection to confirm that it was carpenter ants, provided insight on how the pesticide will work and how the social behaviour of ants will spread the residual pesticide throughout the colony. He later advised he will return the following day at 11am. Promptly arriving at 11am, I asked him the expectations after the treatment and warranty and he was thorough and knowledgeable with his responses. After he has completed the work, I was pleasantly surprised that he kept in touch with me to see how things were but since he already set my expectations on what should happen (and did happen), my mind was already at ease. In addition to his professionalism, it was easy to talk and joke with him, especially after showing him my DIY ant bait trap that didn't work. Don't bother with YouTube videos and just ask for Jason. I highly recommend him.

Our worst nightmare come true. We found bed bugs. And not just any old bed bugs...bed bugs that lived in our children's bunk bed!!! It was so upsetting to realize that the marks on our little boy were bites, and not a rash like our doctor had told us. When we realized what we had, we did what any sane people would do - we hauled our sleeping children out of their rooms and moved our entire family to the basement! We freaked out and cried a little and freaked out some more, and then called Pesticon. It was like immediate relief. Not only did they take our call right away, they spoke to us in an empathetic manner, and informed us that they "were going to get those bugs out of your children's bedroom". It was like hearing calm. They knew what was wrong, and they were going to fix it for us. Less than five hours later (we needed that time to remove all the washable stuff from the bedrooms), Jason was at our door. His calming demeanour put us right at ease. We left, he sprayed, we came back and we talked. He seemed to have all the time in the world for us to answer any questions we had, and told us repeatedly that we were going to be fine. It was exactly what we needed to hear. It's not a fun process - we're still up to our eyeballs in laundry, but the speed, efficiency and sensitivity that Pesticon used to handle our situation was incredible. Jason told us to call any time if we had any other questions, which we did - a lot of them! He responded almost immediately to all of them. He came back for a second spray two weeks later (as we had discussed at the first spray) and again, the company made it incredibly easy for us to book something that worked with our schedule. Since the second spray, again, Jason has been wonderful with answering our questions, and some of them were probably a little crazy - but c'mon - it's bed bugs!!! Ew!!!! Anyway - I would highly HIGHLY recommend Pesticon to anyone with a bug problem. They were awesome - Jason was great - kind, calm, knowledgable - I really appreciate how he took care of our family. Thank You!!!!

I contacted Pesticon online after speaking with another pest control company. Pesticon gave me great confidence that they could get rid of the mice in our house. Jason was very pleasant and explained how mice behave and saw where they were likely entering our house. Time will tell but it has been a pleasure dealing with Pesticon!
