We arrived home after a week's vacation to find wasps had made our home their airbnb. There were wasps in the house! They had established themselves under the soffits, in two locations, and their nests were substantial. Based on Homestars, we called & Iftikhar from Pesticon came and conquered. Excellent same day, professional service. Fair price & guaranteed for 6 months. He sprayed both areas & stuffed one location with steel wool. It has now been 2 weeks of wasp free living. Needless to say we appreciated his diligence and the happy results.

I called Pesticon on the basis of excellent reviews. I had ants in the kitchen. The lady who answered the phone was knowledgeable about ants and thoroughly explained Pesticon's approach. She also said that the technician, who would be performing the service, would do what he believed to be the best for my situation. When the technician arrived, I explained that I hadn't seen any ants in several days. Quite to my surprise, he suggested that I wait and see if the ants return. I was impressed with this - he could have simply done the service and charged the fee. Instead, he did what he described as ethical. Wow, how many businesses do that these days? Should my ants return, or should any other critter show up in my house, I would not hesitate to call Pesticon! It is no wonder that they are rated so highly.

Ghanshyham Patel came to my house to resolve this issue and was more than helpful and professional. A few months later I had some renos done and the walls were being opened and pesticon came within 1 hour of me calling to put supply the mouse poison. They are amazing. Don't hesitate if you are having a rodent issue. Or anything else they specialize in.

I used the services of Pesticon 3 times. I am overall satisfied with their services, responsiveness and professionalism. Even though the specialist was very efficient, I do feel that the visits are rushed. The last visit was probably the longest, as he looked around the inside and outside for more evidence. However, I can't help but feel that the specialist just wanted to come, sell you products that may take care of your problem, and then leave. I wish a deeper investigation can be performed to help me completely eliminate the problem. If I already know what I am doing, I wouldn't need to call someone in. This is not meant to be negative as I am sure based on the number of reviews, they are very busy. They do offer a 6-month guarantee and I was able to ask a follow up question to the specialist, which is reassuring. I would recommend this company if you need someone quickly

We were very impressed by the service and support provided by Blair Woods, a Wildlife Specialist from PESTICON. We had a problem of recurring wildlife in our attic (racoons). Before calling PESTICON, we had a bad experience with "AAA All Seasons Wildlife Control" - they never came back to complete the work. So to build trust in another company took some time. Blair was attentive and responsive to all our questions. And he came back a few times to make sure the problem was resolved completely. Over and above the service and expertise provided, Blair reassured us about the overall solution that was required. Fingers crossed that those raccoons will not re-appear! Blair Woods from Pesticon came to inspect our house for squirrels which we suspected were between the walls. Not only was he knowledgable but he was extremely friendly and thorough. He mentioned that if we had any follow-up questions or concerns that we could give him a call anytime. I will definitely use Pesticon services again because of people like Blair!
