Pesticon Pest Control reviews (2390)

This is our second year using Pesticon for annual pest control (barrier maintenance, etc) - prior to using them, we had intermittent issues with ants and other insects. They are professional, efficient and communicative and discrete and we would definitely recommend them.

i had a serious problem with mice and cockroaches and fortunately i was able to get t he service of this company. It was well taken care of and the technician who did the treatment was very cooperative and did finish the work efficiently..After weeks had passed the result was already evident.

We had a leak in the kitchen and upon further inspection, we noticed some droppings and the plastic pipe that connects the water to the fridge filter has been compromised. I called Poonam at Pesticon and they responded the same day. We used their company before when we had a raccoon in our garage and it was equally a pleasant experience. For any pest problems, call them you will not regret it. Awesome people to deal with and very reasonable. Thank you Poonam and team at Pesticon!!!

A raccoon family took up residence in our attic. Blair set up a trap and remove ved the male fairly quickly. The female was more elusive, taking a few more weeks to capture her and her 5 babies. Blair cheerfully made several visits before finally outwitting her. Highly recommend their service.

The technician, Khayyam Haider, was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and punctual. He went above and beyond to return on a holiday Monday to complete the work.

It's the third time that I've used the services of Pesticon as I've been impressed by their professionalism and great service. I'd highly recommend them as they're quick to schedule the service and very knowledgeable of what they're doing.

Hi, i was quite satisfied with the turn around time and their ability to make themselves available on the phone etc however i have mixed feeling about the actual services. Indeed I mentioned I had rats and maybe squirrels in my roof. They focused on the rat issues and it worked as I no longer have rats however they never really searched or found the issue with the squirrels and it's me who found out later on there was a hole in the roof and i spotted the squirrels when they were saying they blocked all holes. since it was between my neighbor and my house, my neighbor kindly took care of the pb and they never came back.... so not bad services but not exceptional either in my case.

We had a dead bird inside our gas fireplace. Blair was quick to detect the entry point, checked for nesting, and repaired the opening with mesh wiring. All was done in less than an hour including removal of the dead bird. Blair was very efficient and professional.

Came next day after calling them. Charged reasonable fee. Explained everything clearly. Did exactly what they said they would. Ants gone.

Noticed some unsavoury critters milling about the front interior of our house. At first glance, my girlfriend and I both agreed they looked to be cockroaches. Terrible. Nothing creeps me out more than the idea of cockroaches inside my home. We called PestiCon based on positive online reviews and spoke with a very nice woman who had a team out to our place that same day. She outlined the cost and procedure ahead of time to ensure there were no surprises. Mr. Patel from Pesticon arrived and was highly thorough and professional. He did an outside inspection to see where any bugs or rodents could enter the home from outside and pointed these out and explained best practices to have this corrected. Once inside he quickly realised that the problem were not cockroaches at all but in fact, Boxelder Bug (also called Stinky Bugs). It seemed the entire neighbourhood, and many parts of Etobicoke and West Toronto are seeing a steep incline in this infestation of bugs. Turns out they are harmless and are more a nuisance as they just like to lay out in the sun and bathe. They live and breed in the trees outside. Mr Patel was highly knowledgeable and saved us both time and money since we did not have to take all the steps required to combat a cockroach infestation inside the home. He made the proper suggestions to alleviate the issue in regards to a Boxelder Bug problem at the outside of the house and tips on how to make sure they do not look to come inside. Highly recommended services.
