Rug cleaning and fixing
Ben cleaned and fixed a beautiful Moroccan rug that had was totally dirty and had been attacked by moths. Not only was the quality of work amazing- you can’t tell at all where the moths had eaten holes- but he worked around my impossible schedule to pick up, drop off, and discuss what needed to happen. If you’re having rug issues, I would certainly recommend calling Ben!

Rug cleaning, rug fixing, rug selection (runners and full size rugs)
Ben was an absolute pleasure to work. He is very responsive and professional, and not only did a wonderful job cleaning our rugs but also delivered new rugs to our home that were perfectly to our taste - saving us a lot of time shopping around. We will use his services again and highly recommend him for your carpet related needs (cleaning, repairs, new purchases). Thank you so much Ben !

Carpet cleaning
We had seven area rugs that we needed cleaning. Within a couple of hours after our call, Ben came. He did a fantastic job cleaning them - we were very happy with the carpets when they came back. We were so happy with them that we also purchased a couple of Persian rugs from Ben - they make nice additions to our house. Thanks for everything Ben!

Carpet cleaning after water damage
I was stuck in a tight spot. Soaking rug in standing water of about 3 days. Looked up homestars' rug people and was drawn to the amazing score Toronto Rug had. Little did I know that they were even better than their score suggested! From the outset, they went out of their way on a busy schedule to get to me in no time with a friendly and warm greeting and pick up, assuring me everything would be alright and that I was taken care of. Carpet left the building. Communication was outstanding throughout. I even had an unforeseen problem arise that they were able to deal with on the fly and showed me their wonderful generosity and care that few business have or show. Not only will I use them for all my cleaning needs forever but I will now go out of my way to recommend them to anyone and everyone who is in need of the services they provide. Out. Stand. Ing. Handmade wool rug cleaning
I had a flooded basement and the rug was wet and I called TORONTO rug cleaning. They came quickly and did a beautiful job!!!! I’m very happy!

Area rug cleaning

Cleaning Moroccan Rug
I had bought a rug months ago in Morocco that sat in the packaging. When we got back to Toronto and open the packaging, the rug obviously needed cleaning and had a strong chemical smell that would not go away. We were also in the process of moving, so I needed the rug cleaned in two to three days. I called a few carpet cleaning businesses in Toronto and was told that it would take at least 5 to 7 business days. When I called Ben, he showed up at my door promptly, accessed the problem and took my rug to be cleaned. He returned my Moroccan rug looking even more beautiful with the smell completely gone in two days. He went beyond and above what I expected! I would highly recommend his services to all my friends and family!

Excellent results and exceptional customer service
I recently finished a home renovation and had lots of drywall dust etc, stuck in my area rugs. They needed help and Ben came to the rescue. TRC cleaned 4 area rugs very well, supplied and installed 3 under pads and repaired one frayed rug. I am very happy with the results. But that's just part of the story. I imagine there are lots of companies that can clean rugs. The thing that really stands out for me is this: Ben really knows how to treat a customer. During his two visits to my house (rug pickup, and subsequent delivery and installation) I can think of 4 or 5 examples where Ben went the extra mile on customer service -- doing little extras that he clearly didn't have to do -- and thereby far exceeding my expectations. . I highly recommend Ben and TRC

Cleaning rug
I found Toronto Rug Cleaning online as I was looking for an excellent company to clean a rug I have had for years. The reviews for this company was excellent and so I contacted them and have no regrets. Ben advised me what should be done and explained what they would do with my rug. I am very satisfied with how good my rug looks now that it is cleaned and would definitely recommend this company.

Rug cleaning
A dog, a big piece of mango, and a new white rug don’t mix! After our dog ate mango and left yellow stains on our rug, we tried cleaning it with a spot cleaner but the detergent only made it worse. We were concerned the rug was ruined and were quite upset. Ben, with his charming personality and expertise really makes you feel like everything will be ok and that he will care for the carpet as though it were his own. He returned a week later as promised with our carpet, spotless and smelling fresh! Ben is charismatic and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Ben!
