A couple of weeks ago we visited the HomeStar site to search for a reputable carpet cleaner. We needed to have a red wine stain removed from a Persian woven rug, but were also interested in carpet cleaning, as our carpets are now 15 years old and have never been out for cleaning. We came across Ben's company and were very impressed with the outstanding reviews and feedback he has received for his services.
From the moment we spoke to Ben, and gave him our requirements, to the point of returning our carpets, the experience was entirely, and overwhelmingly positive. Ben came to our home and examined our carpets, he educated us on various species of carpets, how they are cleaned, stain removal processes, re-tea dying process and a myriad of other valuable information.
We decided to not only let Ben take away the stained carpet, but take two of our other carpets for cleaning as well. I can happily report that 9 days later (Ben said might take 10) that Ben returned with all of our carpets not only looking like new, but even the carpet with stain had been beautifully removed.
We decided to also purchase an additional carpet for another space in our home along with individual under-padding which has made such an overall positive difference. The service provided by Ben and his team is impeccable, and he truly exceeded and surpassed our expectations. We are are grateful and will have some additional work for Ben next year, and we will also be telling our friends who may require carpet repair/cleaning/stain removal services. We are absolutely thrilled with the results of Ben's great customer care and service. Thanks Ben!
