Rug stain removal
Over the holidays, I spilled pomegranate juice on our pale beige wool carpet. My husband attempted a DIY cleaning job, turning a light splatter of juice into a huge stained blob. Most cleaners were closed until the following week. Fortunately I found Ben and he came over that day. Since it was pomegranate (traditionally used as dye) he promised to do his best and kindly left us a loaner rug (more beautiful than our own). Less than a week later, Ben returned the rug, spotless. An unfortunate incident turned into the absolute pleasure of meeting this professional, kind and gracious man. We are so grateful. Thank you Ben!

Carpet Cleaning
We are a young family with two kids under 3 and our wool rug had years of dirt on it. About a month ago the carpet got a pull in one area and then my oldest child vomited on it. At that point I couldn’t ignore that it was time to clean and repair it. Ben came and quickly assured me my rug was an easy fix. The rug came back looking just like new (if not better). The investment in Ben’s service was worth it. He’s also a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, and took the time to educate me!

Cleaned and repaired 2 Persian rugs
Ben is very knowledgeable and takes great care with the rugs. My larger rug had significant damage from my dog chewing on it. After the repair, you would never be able to tell, it looks like new! Absolutely wonderful work, I'm completely happy.

Carpet cleaning
Ben cleaned 4 carpets, including an antique Persian rug, and the results were fantastic. His service was great. He delivered as promised, and on time. Highly recommended!

Replacing carpet underpading and cleaning.
My wife and I called Ben at Toronto Carpet Cleaning. He came by picked up carpets for cleaning and also upgraded our carpet underpading. My wife and I are very happy with Bens service and our carpets that look great.

persian carpet repair and cleaning. broadloomed stairs with high quality wool carpet.
We actually connected with AllStars via the web. We dealt with Ben who could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, or helpful in every way. Not only that he was prompt, always available and flexible to our needs. His advice was invaluable as he knew everything about our carpets and his suggestions for repair as to maintain our investments was extremely welcomed. The carpets came back with new fringes and perfect repairs. He also included thick underpads which our last rug cleaner had not. The fitted stair carpet was perfectly installed and no mess was left behind. Ben is very fastidious in his work. He is also exceptionally kind, honest and cares deeply about wanting to please his customer in every way. Thank-you so much and we will definitely refer you to friends and family as well as connecting with Ben in the future.

Rug cleaning
What a day!!! My beautiful dog decided that he would steal a paint brush from the painter while we were having work done in the house. Of course, my dog is all white, my rug is a very light neutral colour and the paint....black We had a few different rug cleaning companies come in and candidly, no one was confident in the job they could do. Whether it be not being able to remove the paint or damaging the rug, which is custom made and incredibly gentle. When I met Ben, he knew exactly what he was talking about, zero hesitation and completely confident in his capabilities and work! From materials, the suppliers and retailers to best methods of cleaning to protection of future incidents. Ben took the rug away and in less than 1 week my rug was return and absolutely perfect! I have now given Ben 2 more Rugs that he will clean to perfection and protect. I am completely confident in his ability. Ben is a great business owner. He loves what he does, he’s passionate about it and he is here to make his customers happy. Thank you, Ben for bringing my rug back to life!!!

Rug cleaning
Ben is incredibly prompt, answering our call and coming to home same day! The 6 carpets his company hand cleaned were above expectation and also returned faster than expected. Ben's gifts of pistachio nuts and pomegranates added the personal touch rarely seen in the trade industry. We also purchased excellent quality underlay.

Rug Cleaning
Some time ago, I got a new puppy that used several of my beautiful wool carpets as a pee pad. Even though I tried to clean up each and every time, there was no way I could fix the mistakes. I had consulted several other rug specialists but was basically told that the stains could not be removed even after a thorough cleaning. I called Toronto Rug Cleaning and spoke to Ben. He immediately came out to see me that very afternoon, rolled out the carpets that I had put in storage and told me he would put forth the effort to save my rugs. After a couple of days, he called to update me on the process and kept me informed. When the carpets were ready, he delivered and rolled them out for me to inspect. I could not believe what a beautiful job he had done to restore my rugs! I can honestly say that I had given up hope and yet Ben took the time and much effort to bring my rugs back to looking new again. Not only is Ben an expert of his trade, but his customer service is also excellent. I would highly recommend Ben and his company to look after any rug weather it be cleaning or repairing. His knowledge of all rugs is unbeatable. I am an interior designer by trade and will continue to use Toronto Rug Cleaning for all the future needs of my clients.

Kilim cleaning and repair
My impression of Ben is that he is absolutely committed to ensuring the best possible customer experience. Dealing with Ben was very, very easy. He is friendly, efficient, confident and professional, he understood immediately what needed doing to clean and restore our kilims and made it very straightforward for us. One of the kilims had many holes, the fringe had unraveled quite badly and it generally looked worse for wear. Now that it has been cleaned and repaired it looks fantastic, the colors are brighter, the repairs are very carefully done (mostly I can’t even see them) and I love how they add to the overall character and story of this old carpet. I am attached to these kilims and was reluctant to let them go but I am very happy now that I did, Ben REALLY knows what he is doing.
