rug stain removal
Our dog had an accident on our brand new very expensive rug and we simply couldn't get out the two stains - in fact we had made it worse by trying to scrub them out. I was quite frantic as we had only purchased the beautiful and unique rug a few days before. But luckily in my frantic state, I found Ben at Toronto Rug Cleaning who came to our rescue. He was at our house in less than an hour and quickly assessed the situation and took our seemingly ruined rug away for cleaning. Unbelievably within a matter of days Ben had succeeded in removing the stain that we had found impossible to remove and restored the rug to its beautiful pristine state. No one would ever know the stains were there. Ben was extremely prompt and professional and we simply couldn't have solved this very upsetting situation without his expertise, and calm support. If we ever have any issues with rugs or carpets in future we will only call Ben at Toronto Rug Cleaning.

moroccan rug cleaning
The rug is beautiful and clean! We are very satisfied. Ben picked up and dropped off our rug. Having this service done was very convenient and the cleaning job was first rate. Thank you, Ben!

Carpet cleaning
Our 3yr old son spilled his blueberry smoothie all over our wool rug. Ben came the same day to pick it up and took care of the cleaning, returning the rug to us the following week. Although the stain set for 8hrs he was able to get all of it out. When it was returned we couldn't tell where the stain had been and the carpet felt like new.

Rug cleaning
I have a light beige/white coloured rug that was dirtied when I moved and the movers walked all over it. I tried to clean it but only made the fibers look terrible. I contacted Ben at Toronto Rug cleaning, he came over within a day and assessed the rug. He made no promises as my rough cleaning of the rug might have damaged the fibers permanenty but said he would try his best. Well I’m happy to say after one week of worrying I just got my rug back and it looks perfect all the dirt stains are gone and it is smooth and beautiful. It was so easy with pick up and drop off at my home. I highly recommend Ben and would not go anywhere else in the future.

Carpet cleaning from severe water damage and mold. One Persian rug and two Moroccan rugs
We called Ben hoping he would be able to clean three of our rugs that had gone through a flood as a result they were tossed outside for a year ending up with Mold and a distinct smell. When we received the rugs back the the smell and the mold was completely gone. We spoke with Ben further regarding the dust and possible bleaching of some areas where the dye had run, he took the rugs back no problem no questions asked washed them multiple times and got all the dust off! The rugs came back amazing and we couldn’t be happier! Such a great business and a great person running it!

Cleaned a spill. You'd never know it was there. Would gladly use them again!

Carpet restoration and cleaning
Had 4 carpets in need of repair and a thorough cleaning. Ben came and took them away. What came back was incredible. They look amazing, the repair work was so well done and he’s given them all a new lease on life. On top of all that Ben is the master customer service guy and his demeanor is wonderful. Could not recommend highly enough. If you have carpets Ben is your guy.

Rug cleaning from a terrible spill.
Ben is the nicest man, so helpful and insightful. He fixed a terrible accident on a new expensive rug, it’s amazing! Thank you, thank you. I now only trust this company when dealing with any issues or needs, with any of my carpets or rugs.
