    Area Rug Cleaning

    Rugs look brand new... after years of living and loving our rugs we are so pleased with the result. Excellent service!!!

    Oriental rug cleaning

    I called this company based on Homestar reviews to clean my Oriental silk and wool rug (approx. 7' x 9') after I just had a rad leak on a part of my rug. Initially I was happy the owner arrived quickly who said getting it clean would be no problem, and he'd give it "special care". I asked if it would come clean ok without running or stains (it was wet) , he assured me yes, "no problem". I had to pay the full $500 for cleaning upfront. The new under pad was $300.00. His invoice states the company advises about conditions that cannot be corrected by cleaning- and I was not advised. When the rug was returned there were sections that were darker or a different colour. I pointed it out to the owner who then claimed I was seeing "shadows", or it was due to how the carpet was laid on the floor. I continue to point out the problem areas, he continued to deny them. I do not recommend this company. Buyer beware. BTW, I did refuse his offer to clean 2 chairs and a sofa for $1000.00-and he told me I would have to wash the chair cushion covers myself in the washing machine.

    Ben certainly knows his Persian rugs; he's a real expert. Cleaning seemed on the expensive side, but the end result was satisfactory.

    Rug Cleaning

    We had multiple rugs that needed a good cleaning. Everything was amazing from arranging the pickup, the cleaning itself and the delivery. The rugs look like new! The owner is friendly, honest and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

    Clean Rug or Carpets - Offsite
    Toronto Rug Cleaning came and picked up three large area rugs and returned them the following week in excellent, clean condition. They were also great consultants for our space and sourced a new entrance rug for our home entrance which is perfect. Super professional and personable! Highly recommend!

    cleaning 2 rugs

    This is second time Toronto Rug Cleaning clean our rugs, Excellent sevices, good job will use them again in future. our rugs come back after cleaning like brand new . Was plesaure to work with Ben,very quicks services. Thank you Ben, Regards , Ivanka Domitrovic

    When rug cleaning becomes something so much more

    I needed to have a Turkish rug that I purchased in Turkey several years ago cleaned and I found this establishment via this site. Ben, the owner, arrived promptly to collect the rug. His passion, enthusiasm and good nature were quite evident from the moment I met him. Ben did a superb job on not only bringing my rug back to life, but he went above and beyond what would reasonably be expected for such a service. His passion, warmth and deep knowledge was so refreshing. Ben showed me a number of rugs that he thought would blend in well with our home. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the quality of products that Ben has at his disposal. He very patiently showed my wife and I a wide variety of astounding pieces from his wide inventory. We purchased a rug and were so happy with the quality and high level of service. In fact, we recently renovated our home and Ben paid us a visit and showed us several additional rugs that really accentuated our home and made it look and feel so much more vibrant. I can honestly say that Ben (and his wonderful son) are some of the most delightful and warm people that you will ever have the chance to meet. Thank you, Ben!

    Excellent Service

    After looking into carpet cleaning via HomeStars reviews I landed on Toronto Rug Cleaning because of the across the board 5 star reviews. I connected with the company and dealt with the owner Ben. He picked up the carpets and delivered them and laid them down. I had 4 carpets of varying quality and size - all came back beautifully clean and bright. In addition to providing quality service, Ben is very personable.

    An absolute pleasure

    Ben and his son were an absolute pleasure to deal with! The pick up and delivery of our rugs exceeded our expectations. Ben delivered the clean rugs and new underpads sooner than we expected. Ben was beyond meticulous in the placement of of rugs, never settling until everything was perfect. He takes great pride in his work, and it certainly shows. We had great conversations and so enjoyed meeting Ben and his son. We will definitely be recommending them, and will use their service again.
