Livingroom rug
Ben did an excellent job. Having dogs means keeping things clean is a challenge. It's a relief that Ben understands and can get some of these nicer pieces back to new. Thanks!

Oriental Carpet Cleaning
Ben came quickly to the rescue to look at 2 carpets that our dog developed a fondness for while she was sick (lots of not-so-nice messes). Since I hadn't had them cleaned I wanted to ensure they were done properly since they were investments. Ben was not only able to take the carpets and do an amazing job (look like new!) but he has an infinite knowledge of the art of carpets. I was reminded of what I had forgot and he relayed the knowledge about the carpets to us ... including the design, history and maker. We were delighted by his in-depth knowledge and would recommend his service to others.

Persian Rug repaired and cleaned
I highly recommend them. They are very knowledgable and professional with great customer service. I couldn't trust just anyone with my rugs because of their value and their delicates material, so I did my research before Choosing Toronto Rug Cleaning. I am so glad I went with them.

Deep rug clean
This was my second time using Ben's services; both times I was struggling with a bad moth problem and the rug's high wool content was contributing to the issue. When I reached out to Ben, he came very quickly to get the rug and despite having to do many deep cleans (3-4) to remove the moths eggs, the rug was ready to be dropped off very quickly, in less than a week. It looked brand new and beautiful. The care and attention he puts into his work and his amazing customer service make him a rarity and it is very clear that he is incredibly passionate about what he does. When he brought the rug back, he not only helped me rearrange my large couch and bookcase to re-lay the rug down, but he gave the rug another complete vacuum and brought me moth traps to prevent future moth issues. He is always reachable, lovely to work with, efficient, does beautiful work and is extremely hard-working. This was an expensive rug I would not have trusted with just anybody and it is a huge relief to know I can reach out to him with any rug concerns I have in the future and trust him to take beautiful care of it.

Living room rug
This company was incredible!! My rug was given to me from a friend & they made it look better than when I 1st received it. I highly recommended them!!

Rug Clean
The service was efficient and courteous. They did an amazing job with my rug, it was like brand new.

Rug cleaning
We went to HomeStars to read the reviews as we were looking for the very best rug cleaner we could find. We met Ben, the owner of Toronto Rug Cleaning whose reviews were absolutely outstanding. He picked up our two wool carpets, cleaned them professionally as they both look magnificent! Thank you Ben. rug cleaning
Ben was friendly, honest and efficient in evaluating my rugs and telling me what needed to be done for them and how much it would cost. He is a genuine expert on all eastern rugs. He did repair as well as cleaning, and picked them up and dropped them off at my house.
