Carpet cleaning
Ben did an amazing job on my carpet! He Picked the carpet up and I needed it back within a few days. He cleaned it on time and when it was returned, it looked brand new. I recommend his company for carpet cleaning to everyone!

Rug cleaning
Ben is prompt, efficient, personable and extremely genuine. I have known him for more than 8 years. He has done an amazing job and has also found us beautiful rugs for our house. I would highly recommend him.

Repairs and special rug cleaning
I had the binders repaired and had two rugs specially cleaned. I had other rugs cleaned as well. I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of the work.

Carpet cleaning
Great service and terrific job. We had a number of stains and Ben was able to get them all out!!

Cleaning carpets
We have two large dogs that love to lay on our carpets, especially when they've come in from outside. I didn't realize just how filthy the rugs were until Ben brought than back looking like new. Also he showed us the damage our underlay was doing to our hardwood, so needless to say we are thankful to him for installing a better product. We have already referred him to both friends and family and we will be calling him back regularly from now on.

Rug cleaning and fixing holes
This is my second time using Ben to clean my rugs. My rug was in awful shape after I left it in the garage after my dog soiled it one too many times. When we pulled it out it had quite a large hole and several large stains not to mention moths that the wool had attracted. When Ben returned the rug I couldn't tell where the hole had been. It was clean, free from moths and ready to be used again. Ben even put it back in my family room for me. Will definitely use him again. He really loves his work and you can tell. In an age where customer service is dying, Ben is a gem.

Rug cleaning
I must start by saying that I am a long time fan of Homestars. I have been looking for a reputable company that can take care of my three beautiful but heavily puppy soiled rugs. From the first time we met Ben, both my husband and I realized we are dealing with someone who is both knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Definitely a top notch professional. His pricing was great and the result amazing! He came in tonight just as promised and set up all the meticulously cleaned rugs. All the soiled spots are gone and the rugs look brand new! Perfection from start to finish.

Excellent: fast, friendly, helpful, clean!
Ben is the heart of Toronto Rug Cleaning and it shows: he actually cares. I called to ask if they could take my kilim saddlebags and cut them and sew into two seperate kilim pillows. He not only offered to come the same day to look at it, when we got to talking, he took my dirty rug to clean and deliver back to me within a week at a great price, but he also, simply as a generous bonus, fixed the pillows that I originally inquired about free of charge! Unheard of! He then delivered my pillows to me and cleaned them too, and gave me a bad of delicious pistachios- fantastic! I was so happy I told my mother, brother and friends. It turns out he sold my mother her favorite persian rugs years ago! He swung by to say hello and now she is getting her carpets cleaned too: fast, affordable, and with the best service in Toronto. What more can you ask for?

Rug cleaning
Ben is a carpet genius. Not only did he clean my rugs so beautifully that they look brand new, he came in to my home and gave me a wonderful and fascinating lesson about Persian carpets, one of his specialties. He is knowledgeable, efficient and extremely polite and kind. He also arranged for the carpet in my basement stairs to be deep steam-cleaned and it also now looks like new. Everything was done quickly and with utmost care. It is rare in this world to find someone who takes such pride in his work and it is a pleasure that our paths crossed.
