Saved a very special carpet!
I am so pleased I found this company on this site. I had 2 old persian rugs that were stained and smelled of cat urine. I tried everything I could to get it out myself but I was not successful. I called Bahman and he (and his son) promptly came over and gave me a very reasonable quote to clean them. He took them right away and they were returned in a timely manner, clean and smell free! Bahman and his son are a pleasure to do business with. Bahman's knowledge regarding the history and quality of persian rugs is fascinating. I highly recommend.

Carpet Cleaning
Ben did an excellent job. He is very enthusiastic about carpets and it shows in his work. Our carpets look great. Thanks to Ben and his team.

Rug cleaning
Ben was very professional at all levels! He took before photos of the areas that were soiled. He delivered the rug within a few days and it was like brand new! No more puppy pee smell! He even suggested proper placement of the rug!! Will totally use his service again!

Rug cleaning
Amazing! They clean the rug amazing! They work with my busy schedual and ever after 1 year still honor our agreement to come install rug to our desired location These guys are the real pros!

Rug cleaning
I called Ben and spoke to him about getting a quote for cleaning 3 rugs that we have. He was very friendly over the phone and said that he could give us a better idea of cost if he could see the rugs in person. He also said that if we decided to go ahead with the cleaning, that he could take the rugs with him. He was over in a couple hours and we discussed what he needed to do to clean them. We also have cats and all 3 rugs had been affected by cat urine. The quote was very fair and so he took them when he left. We were impressed with his initial response time and he was able to have the work done and return our rugs when he said he would. The rugs look new and he was also able to remove the urine odour! We would absolutely call him again and recommend him to our friends. Ben is very professional and friendly and did an amazing job with our handmade, wool rugs. Thank you Ben!

Rug cleaning prior to move
I had Toronto Rug Cleaning clean one mass produced area rug and one wool Bokhara that had a lot of dirt, cat hair, and some moth damage. Ben Gholami was knowledgeable and friendly, and picked up and returned the rugs, which was helpful since we don't have a car. They came back looking spotless, like new. Also, he gave us pistachios.

Rug cleaning
Ben arrived to pick up our rug and did a good job hiding his shock/horror upon seeing it's condition. It's immediately obvious that Ben knows and loves rugs to the point I felt guilty for not taking better care of ours (see photos). He gave tips regarding future maintenance and a realistic idea of how the carpet would look once cleaned and shaved. We just got it back--clean and with a new padding--after moving into our new home and are very happy. Ben even helped me arrange furniture to make better use of space and to show off our nice, clean rug.

Rug cleaning
The dog was not feeling well and had the runs all over the carpet a long with urine and puke. Ben came on a Sunday because this was a rug emergency. It was clear right from the beginning that Ben is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He was confident that he could remove the stains and dry the rug in a way that wouldn't warp it's shape (last company that cleaned the rug warped the shape). Today I received the rug back. It looks good as new and the shape is a perfect rectangle no longer warped. Thank you Ben!

Wool rugs hand cleaned
Toronto rug cleaning did an excellent job on cleaning the hand made and dyed rugs made by my mother over 60 years ago. Came back looking like new. Thanks.
