Ben did a very good job of cleaning my reversible white and grey wool rug. He also provided an underlay, which we were sorely in need of. I had to call him a couple of times to arrange both the pick-up and drop-off of my rug. For pick-up, he didn't arrive and when I called to ask where he was, he said he'd left a voice message (which he hadn't) that he'd be by tomorrow. I explained that I wasn't available then and to his credit, he did then come by to get the rug. Then on the day of drop-off, he still hadn't shown two hours after the time we had agreed upon. When I called, he said that his daughter had been sick. I sympathize but I feel he should have been the one calling - not me. The next scheduled time for drop-off went smoothly. His service would benefit from better communication around scheduling since the finished product is good.
