    Wool and Silk Rug Cleaning

    Highly recommend. Ben came to our house the same day I inquired to look at my rug, give me an estimate and picked it up. Rug now looks like new and was even put back in place. Will definitely use again.

    Rug Cleaning

    Prompt, courteous, and friendly service and I didn't even have to leave my house!!! They picked up the rugs (2) from our house, thoroughly cleaned them from pet stains, and delivered them back to us within a week. We would highly recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning to anyone who asks!

    Rug Repair

    We have used their services for rug cleaning and repair and we're happy with both . The repair was a bit on the pricey side, but the job was done professionally and promptly. They even left us a rug to be placed in our bedroom until our rug was returned and picked up and dropped off. Much appreciated.

    Wool And Silk Rug Cleaning

    Ben came to our home the same day I called. When he took our carpet for cleaning, he offered to leave another carpet so our floor wouldn't look so empty. He did an amazing job removing the stain and returning the carpet to is in better condition than we even purchased it. I would definitely recommend him.

    Kelim Rug Cleaning

    I had a cleaning and also a custom mat made for underneath. The rug looks great and Ben was very kind. He even held on on to it for a month for me while I was on vacation! Thank you!

    Bamboo Silk Rug Cleaning And Stain Removal

    We had a dog urine stain on our 9 X 6 bamboo silk rug. We tried to remove the stain ourselves but made it worse. A quick call to Ben and he dropped by within an hour and spoke with us and didn't judge our mistake and gave good advise on what to do in the future. He said the rug would be ready within 2 weeks but he finished a few days early and dropped off our rug - stain free and fixed our shampoo damage. He did wonderful work. I'd highly recommend Ben to get out your tough stains.

    Wool Rug Cleaning

    I did not realize how dusty my rugs were until the were returned to me in pristine form, like new! The work was done on time and exactly as described. The damaged rug was repaired and is now a showpiece in the room. I would recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning and plan on using their services soon to clean and repair my Mother's rugs.

    Saved Our White Shag Carpet

    Our cat decided to express her displeasure by relieving herself on our white shag living room carpet. We sent Ben a message at 10:00pm on a Friday night - he called us back by 11:00pm and arranged to come by the next morning to pick it up! He quoted us a fair price, explained the process he would use, and his son delivered the rug exactly as promised - spotless and looking like new. No way to even tell where the cat took her revenge on us. Ben and his son were wonderful to deal with - honest, fair and exceptionally knowledgeable. We were floored by their willingness to go the extra mile - who responds to a customer call at 11:00pm on a Friday? - and delighted by their friendliness and professionalism. I recommend them wholeheartedly and we'll be using them for all our needs moving forward.

    Persian Rug Cleaning

    Ben is not only very professional but also very knowledgeable about textiles. He also was courteous enough to hold on to my rug and deliver it to my new home. I am very satisfied with the result and highly recommend his service.
