1: Dog Urine stained wool rug 2: 10yr old loved but abused wool rug
I turned 2 of my wool rugs over to Ben and prayed for a miracle. One, I was sure had been ruined by a visiting dog who took quite a liking to marking my brand new, light blue wool rug. Trying to spot clean it myself made matters worth and I was afraid the rug had been ruined. The second rug had been doing double (if not triple) duty in the family room for over a decade. Kids, dogs - you name it - they abused it. In general it was soiled and smelly.
Ben arrived with loaner rugs, did a close inspection and assessment of my rugs and assured me my rugs were quite salvageable and worth having professionally cleaned. He was right!
Ben arrived back, as promised, with both rugs looking like new. He and his son (really nice kid) spent time laying the rugs back down and setting all the furniture back in place. When they left I had nothing to do but sit and enjoy my fresh new rugs and admire their excellent and professional job.
