    I had cleaners in before to do both my wall to wall and oriental carpets. They did not do a good Job. Ben on the other hand did an amazing job on both. I strongly recommend this company. Excellent personal service.

    Wonderful service and rug. Very dependable and service oriented. Carpet cleaning service is awesome. Great with stain removal.

    I can't believe my luck. I emailed Toronto Rug Cleaning after reading the rave reviews on Home Stars. Much to my surprise, similar to someone else, they were in my neighbourhood and within a half hour were at my door to whisk my filthy Barfy rug away. We were both skeptical as to whether it could be saved, but only 2 short days later, I had a knock on my door with the beautiful good-as-new carpet in hand. Thank you to you all! I will be a proud repeat customer.

    We needed help quickly over the holiday season as our dog had been ill resulting in many stains on our wool area rug.Ben and his son arrived within one hour of my call and he returned the rug one week later looking like new.We really appreciated the fast, professional service and will recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning to others.

    I needed a hand made 11"x11' rug to be overhauled. It was a job not for the meek and easily intimidated. I contacted Toronto Rug Cleaner if they could restore my rug to its original look when I bought it. Im not sure all that was the blame for the damage other than I had a previous boyfriend that kept my rug and had to go to Court to get it back. The Court Order made him bring it back but didn't emphasize in what condition. He was a machinist so I am sure heavy grease was embedded in the rug fibers, red wine that he entertained with, and well: being the party animal he was, my rug endured "heavy traffic" and all that comes with it. So, when I received my rug, I just put in it storage for 2 years until I made the move to Toronto. (I lived in Atlanta). Ben, the owner of Toronto Rug Cleaner said it was one of the most difficult pieces he had ever worked with. With his rug team and all the innovative techniques he has, made my rug beautiful again. He was the only rug cleaner that was up for the challenge. Back in Atlanta, I contacted Dawson Rugs, having the best reputation Country wide, and they wouldn't touch it. My rug is so beautiful! Thank-you rug people and Ben and the best Merry Christmas ever.......

    Ben is very friendly, professional and passionate about his work. Our rug came back like new. Rust stains and dog stains are completely gone. Some minor repair work done as well. Excellent job and would highly recommend to anyone.

    Ben was wonderful to deal with. The quality of the work was spectacular. I would recommend him with out hesitation. They are back this week to clean the runners in the house.
