    We have known Ben for 15 years. During that time he has done an exceptional job of cleaning and repairing our collection of Persian carpets. He has also sought out some hard to find carpets for the house. He has amazing taste.What really impresses us though is his integrity - he believes in what he does. He never just "drops and goes". A stickler for detail, he always makes sure that we are completely satisfied.

    This rug cleaning experience was wonderful. My 30 year old rug looks and feels like new. What a pleasure to meet a craftsman who knows his product and treats it with respect. Not surprisingly I, his client, felt treated with respect also. Highly reccomend.

    Clening of 5 Persion carpets

    We hired Ben to hand-clean five Persian carpets including one in our dining room that had been repeatedly soiled by cat urine. (It's so hard to bid adieu to cats who are over 20, even when they're incontinent.) Ben did a terrific job; the big carpet, especially, is brighter and rejuvenated. Initially, however, we were alarmed at a bit of colour bleeding. Ben returned within hours to explain that this was an inevitable effect of the urine in that one corner. He was right but, still concerned by our distress, he gave us a small carpet that still graces our kitchen. He's a decent, honest guy with a real passion for Persian carpets: highly recommended!

    Ben was genial and helpful. He even held my carpets for me for a month. It ended up costing more than I expected but the rugs came back absolutely glowing!

    Carpet Cleaning

    Ben came to pick up my rug for cleaning, tricky one because it's a shag carpet. He was very courteous and friendly. He also recommended an under pad which I really notice the difference afterward. My rug looks brand new, I fell in love with it all over again!

    professional approach, friendly attitude

    I found Ben quite randomly, while googling for the rug cleaning companies in Toronto. But i wish you not to go for it randomly , as i did. Because i found Ben, so professional and at the meantime , sharp,talented and friendly, that i can definitely recommend him to everyone. Don,t leave it to chance. Look for precision. Look for Ben. Leave it to Ben and relax. No gambling. Your satisfaction is almost gauranteed

    rug cleaning and repair

    I found Ben on Homestars after checking all the glowing reviews and found him to be exactly as he was described. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating.
