    Terrific, Knowledgeable Service

    I brought an antique carpet home from Syria about five years ago and although I loved it, I didn't really know what I had or how to care for it. Within a few months, I was off again and so the carpet went into storage for nearly three years. When it came out, it was warped and needed repair. As soon as Ben came in the door he was "diagnosing" the carpet. He made it look new - I am just so impressed with his handiwork, his professionalism and his knowledge. Putting your carpet in his hands is putting it in the right hands.

    Carpet/rug Cleaning

    We stumbled upon Ben Gholami of TRC and we are lucky we did. He's professional, tireless and pours his heart and soul into his work. I don't usually write reviews but Ben not only deserved a 10/10, others should know just how good he is. What a pleasure to deal with! Thank you Ben for treating our home and carpets/rugs like your own. Keep doing what you are doing.

    Carpet repair and cleaning

    Ben did a great job repairing and cleaning a carpet we loved that had been damaged. He was very professional and kind. I would recommend his company to anyone in need of carpet cleaning or repair and I loved the fact that he does the pick up and delivery!

    Area Rug Cleaning

    Excellent service. Service delivered as promised. Very prompt. Our carpet was in desperate need of cleaning and we didn't want it cleaned inhouse. Ben picked up the carpet, cleaned it and delivered it back to us. It looks great and we are really happy with the service.

    Clean wool and silk carpet

    We had a light beige oriental carpet cleaned after many years in August. Toronto Rug Cleaning did a wonderful job. Unfortunately after only 4 months one of our dogs got very sick and had an accident on the carpet. We mistakenly tried to get the stain out with a spot remover. This made the stain worse. We called Toronto Carpet Cleaning and said that we had an emergency. They were at out house in about 1/2 an hour. The stain was very difficult to remove because of the spot remover. However, after much work, they were able to completely eradicate it and the carpet looks as good as new once again. Note to everyone with an expensive carpet, leave the cleaning to the experts. Bahman is very helpful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

    rug cleaning and repair

    Large area rug required repair and moth proofing and cleaning. The service was very efficient and satisfactory. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and relatives. The service was fast and on time.

    Rug Cleaning

    The rug cleaning service was excellent and with great service. We would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a refresh in the rug department. We cleaned two rugs and we are very satisfied with the results

    Carpet cleaning

    Fantastic service and lovely people! Ben and his son came to our house quickly to pick up 4 wool carpets desperately in need of cleaning (2 old dogs). The cleaned carpets were returned and laid out the next week, along with new and badly needed underpadding. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about carpets and I would highly recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning to anyone who wants prompt, friendly and professional service. I will never call anywhere else again! Thank you Ben!!

    Carpet repair

    Ben was a real lifesaver for me. I accidentally ruined my brand new carpet. Ben came up with a great solution. He took my carpet away and fixed it for me and returned and relaid the carpet all in one day. Fantastic service!

    Cleaned our 8x10 ft Handmade Wool Area Rug

    Within a day of contacting this company, the owner and his son came by and picked up our rug which was heavily soiled. The price quoted was very competitive and they cleaned and returned our rug in just a few days. Although the rug is over 10 years old, and is very much enjoyed by our two bulldogs, it was returned to us in absolutely pristine condition, as good as new! The service provided by this company was really outstanding and I will look forward to using them again in the future.
