    large area rug

    Ben was Ben quick, efficient, friendly, and kept all his promises. He actually got rid of the dog urine smell, which was substantial! My rug looks beautiful now and I am very happy with his work. I will use them again soon for my other rugs!

    Rug cleaning

    Grandmothers hand made rug was soiled on by my parrot. Ben and his colleagues performed the cleaning hassle free and very rapidly. Was very impressed with the service and result! Would highly recommend.

    Wool rug cleaning

    I searched HomeStars for a good carpet cleaning company with good reviews. I found Ben. I read the reviews and he is exactly as everyone describes. Very knowledgeable about carpets. When I called, he happened to be near my house. He was there within the hour. He picked up our carpet that same day. We asked that he remove the fringe from the carpet. He did a great job along with a great cleaning! I would recommend his services to others. Very polite, quick and a man of his word!

    Rug cleaning

    Ben is a gem! He is passionate about what he does - he loves your carpets! Ben came and picked up three of my persian carpets, restored them, cleaned them and made them beautiful again. And he was very patient about storing them for several months while a renovation was underway at my house. I would recommend him without hesitation and you will not regret working with him.

    Rug Cleaning

    I needed 2 8x10 area rugs cleaned and called a few companies on Homestars. Ben immediately called me back, we made an appointment and he came right on time. He was lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable about carpets. He's not a big man but he muscled up my heavy rugs, put them in the truck and took them away. I was moving at the time and asked him to keep my rugs after the cleaning, and he agreed for a price of $50/month. When I was in my new place we again made an appointment and he came right on time. He carefully laid down my rugs. I was very happy that they looked clean and new. Ben is so nice to deal with, very easy to talk to and extremely accommodating. He even brought me pastries to celebrate my move. I highly recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning! Thanks Ben!

    Rug cleaning

    I chose Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning after a fair bit of research into different rug cleaning companies in the area. I wanted to clean the large area rug in our living room and was impressed by Ben's consistently positive reviews. When I called, Ben picked up immediately and came by that very same day. I was impressed with his attention and care and he left with two rugs for cleaning (the second was a Persian rug we had bought in an auction years ago). He delivered the perfectly clean rugs a day early and clearly takes great pride in his work. The carpets were beautifully restored: the wool area rug looked like new and we had never seen the Persian rug looking so good. Ben also took the time to talk us through the heritage of our Persian rug and about the history of rug making in Iran and beyond. I am extremely happy with the service that Ben provided and highly recommend him and his team!

    Persian Rug Cleaning

    I chose Toronto Rug Cleaning because of the constantly high reviews posted on HomeStars. Ben provided me the best customer service that I have ever received. He goes above and beyond to sure his customers are satisfied. He cleaned our 5 Persian handmade rugs and removed all the pit stains from rugs and brought it back good as new. Thanks to Ben and his team.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Excellent service! We damaged our silk carpet by dropping a bucket of water on it and Ben miraculously fixed it! He also remembered us a year later! Highly recommended this company!

    Carpet & Rug Cleaning

    He quickly identified the spot repairs required to protect two rugs. Tonight, I saw the quality of the work and sent him away with one more rug for cleaning and repairs. I am pleased.

    Consultation & Rug Cleaning

    We found Ben at Toronto Rug Cleaning by reading the reviews on Google and Homestars. The reviews were correct, Ben provides excellent customer service. Our first project was cleaning our expensive rugs that were badly soiled by our pet. They came back like new! Ben suggested new underlay and it made a big difference and it was inexpensive. Our next project was purchasing a new rug for our sitting room - Ben brought a select to our home and we were able to see the impact of a modern rug - we are now the proud owners of a new wool & silk rug! Our latest project is downsizing and Ben has helped us to trade our existing rugs and purchase new ones for our smaller town house. The service and guidance we have received has been fabulous. I would recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning to everyone. It is so much more than Rug Cleaning !
