    Rug Cleaning

    To say that customer satisfaction is number one, is an understatement. I have 2 small children, and 2 dogs, so my rugs were in dire need of a good cleaning. I found Toronto Rug Cleaning online, and of course went by what others had reviewed. Within a half hour of me calling, the owner Ben, and his son were at my home, giving me a free quote. The price was reasonable and I was told they would be back in a week to deliver them. Within a few days, Ben called and said the rugs were finished early, that he had worked through the weekend to finish them. Wow, is all I can say, my shag rug is actually fluffy again! Ben also brought under padding and placed all my rugs back to their proper spots. It's refreshing to know that good customer service still exists! Thank you for a great and speedy job!

    Rug cleaning and stain removal

    I spilt s while glass of red wine on my gold coloured Persian rug. I called Toronto rug cleaning and they did a fantastic job removing, what I thought was surely the end of this carpet, the large stain. I would definitely recommend their services. Top notch!

    look at rug and help decide

    Inherited rug so it had sentimental value. Ben helped me to realize it was a valuable hand made older rug which was worth looking after. He knows what he is talking about. He is great at customer service. Most important he is to be trusted..Danny Kayfetz 416-364-8131

    Modern Rug Cleaning

    Ben did a great job on cleaning my modern rug- dog stains taken out and new underpad brought for carpet- all good and on time as he said it would happen. Very good

    carpet cleaning

    I chose Toronto Rug Cleaning because of the consistently high reviews posted on Homestars. I wasn't disappointed. Ben provided the best customer service that I have ever received. He goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

    Rug Cleaning

    I called Toronto Rug cleaning for my parents. Ben was amazing. He came with son. They picked up the rugs and within a week they brought the rugs back. The rugs looked brand new.. They treated my parents with great respect. Their work is quality work. Would recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you Ben!

    Excellent personal service, very professional, very friendly! They were very reliable and dependable and performed the service in precisely the correct way. Fast, efficient and effective! I highly recommend them!

    rug cleaning. carpet installation

    Excellent service, as promised, installation done professionally, again as promised. Would certainly contact again if additional services are needed in future, it was a pleasure to cdeal with the company's employees.

    Carpet Cleaning & Repair

    When I decided to have all my broadloom and eight area carpets cleaned one week before my daughter's wedding I read reviews to make my choice. I contacted Ben and was happy to discover everything that has been written about him is so true. He called me back promptly, came to my home that same afternoon, explained the process, agreed with a few repairs I suggested and promised to have everything done within the week. He delivered big time. The area carpets were delivered the day before I expected them as he knew how busy we were with wedding preparations. To top it off, he delivered a large platter of Persian desserts for the wedding. Ben and his son are very professional and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends. Thanks Ben!!

    Rug cleaning

    I called around to get some one to clean and repair my rugs. Not many people made me comfortable as much as Ben did. He came on time took care of my problem , every thing went well . It looks like he knows what he is doing . I'm really happy with the hole deal. Thanks Ben
