The fastest response to a contact email ever! I sent out a request for a quote around 6:30 on a weekday evening, Ben got back to me within half an hour and offered to pop by right away! Extremely knowledgeable and professional, extremely personalized service. Even called a few days before the rug was due back to let me know the status of my rug! On top of that my rug was returned in spectacular conditions. Would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone!

What a great company. Quick, efficient and careful about what they do. Got them to clean my mother's basement and upstairs carpeting. Found them on-line and was really happy with the job they did. They were careful about the woodwork around the carpet and very pleasant to deal with. Would hire again.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ben and his crew. By far the most knowledgeable man in the industry! Ben cleaned a very valuable and delicate 100yr old rug for us and it came out beautifully. He is also one of the most service oriented men I've ever met; came by the house on a Sunday just to make sure we were happy with the job! Also Ben is very friendly, warm and genuine. He's passion and love for textiles is contagious!

Ben was very helpful and did a wonderful job on our rugs. Our 10x12 living room rug was in desperate need of cleaning, repairing and, as we learned from Ben, de-mothing. We weren't sure whether to toss this rug or have it restored - very glad we went with Ben's advice and had him bring the rug back to life. He also cleaned two smaller rugs for us and did it all quickly and at a very reasonable cost. And the free pick-up and delivery made the whole process very convenient. I wish we had done this much sooner as our moth problem seems to have been solved and the rugs look great. Would definitely recommend Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning.

I called a few places before I found Toronto Rug Cleaning, and even booked a pickup with one of them, but they never showed. The same day I called Toronto Rug Cleaning, and scheduled the pickup for two days later--timing was very tight but Ben was able to accommodate the pickup for the three carpets that we needed cleaned, two smaller and one larger. The price seemed very fair and there was no issue with having them brought back two weeks later. (We were leaving for vacation the same day, and weren't going to be back sooner.) My wife and I were so impressed with the quality of the cleaning (the rugs looked like new, I'm not kidding), with the service, fair price and with just how NICE Ben was that we decided to ask if a fourth carpet, which we thought we were going to throw away because it had a big gash in it, could be mended and cleaned. Once again, the price was beyond fair (incidentally we saw the same rug in a store for twice the price that we paid for it ten years ago, and, naturally, WAAAY more expensive than what fixing it cost) so we went ahead. Another week later Ben brought it back, just as promised and without any "calls to reschedule" or any other BS, just a simple confirmation call that the date and time are still OK. I don't know what was done to it, but this one also looks like new, and the gash is simply gone.. OK, the repair is visible on the underside, but that's beyond irrelevant. Thank you once again, Ben! We were very pleased with Ben and Toronto Rug Cleaning. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a very large Persian rug cleaned and had the tassel trim repaired. They did a good job with the cleaning and the trim was excellent -- all done by hand. Very pleased! We also purchased a Persian rug from them and we're very happy with it.

I called around different rug cleaning companies from the Yellow Pages but I liked that Toronto Rug Cleaning were going to come and pick up the rugs and then deliver them back once they were cleaned. I needed two rugs cleaned-one was a good wool rug and the other was one I was considering just throwing away and replacing with a new one. Everything was done in a timely manner and the service was good.

Toronto Rug Cleaning, where do I begin? Let me start off by saying the service is definitely first class. Made it very convenient in picking up and dropping off our carpet, and brought it back like new. The connection that Ben (the owner) has made with us was like no other, he took on everything and we had nothing to worry about. He was truly devoted to our interest and not trying to sell us just any carpet. His knowledge of Persian carpets and his gifted eye to interior design made it easy for us to fall in love with the carpet we now have in our home. I can go and list all the little things he did for us but all just leave it up to another soon to be "satisfied" customer. It was easy for us to recommend Toronto Rug Cleaning to our friends and family as they fell in love with our carpet just as much as we did. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with Ben and I will definitely be a returning satisfied customer.

At first we had Ben give us a quote on cleaning some of our rugs. His rates are very reasonable. We had him clean two large rugs and they came out as good as new. A lot better then we expected. We also discussed possibly purchasing of some rugs. He is extremely knowledgeable about rugs and always seemed to have rugs on hand. We discussed what types and colors we were interested in and he brought several to choose from. We did purchase a couple of rugs and we will definitely use him again in the future. I do like to include the cost, as it varies on type size of rugs. Thanks Ben.

I've used him for a couple of years for I think every rug in our house. In the beginning I called him because I had a white rug that my husband spilled red wine on and he came and got it all out. Since then we've always used him for any and all of our rugs. He's always prompt, on time, reasonably priced, and always very helpful. We once had a rug for the kids that was cheaply bought that was lumpy and he said he could try to fix it and if he couldn't then he wouldn't charge me. It turned out that he could clean it and it turned out perfectly. I would highly recommend him to others!
