    Skylight replacement

    We had a bad experience when our Skylight was replaced, I expressed my concern with Denis the President and was told there must have been a miscommunication as to what the finished product would look like. I was unhappy with this response and expressed that and placed a review that expressed my feelings. Denis contacted me almost immediately with some suggestions on how to correct the problem. Took a while because of the weather but they rectified the problem yesterday and i am very happy with the finished product now. Thank you Denis for going the extra to satisfy a customer.

    Thank you for your comments. Its unfortunate that we did not make clear enough, the possibility that some drywall repairs could still be needed after our work. We are happy that the addition of a layer of trim was able to cover over the drywall issues and the leakage damage from the old skylights.     Sklight leak

    I was worried that SU was so busy with installations that they wouldn't have time to fix a leak in my skylight - especially since they hadn't installed it in the first place. However, they were responded quickly, got someone out within a couple of weeks and followed up with photos of the job. Nice people. Good experience all round.

    Skylight Replacement

    Had a leak in my skylight so I called Skylights Unlimited. Denis came out and explained what they can do and sent me a quote. When the installers came to do the job they were very thorough and cleaned up after the job was completed.

    Sky Light Replacement

    The company SkyLights Unlimited were a pleasure to deal with. The assessment and quote was provided professionally and efficiently. They kept us up to date as to delays due to weather conditions. The job was done efficiently, with everything well explained, the job site was clean. The staff were professional. Following the job, photos were provided of the completed project. I would highly recommend this company

    Skylight Replacement

    Amazing experience with Skylights Unlimited from initial contact to completion of the skylight installation. We were very impressed with the crew who replaced the skylight at height of over 20 feet, and on a pitched roof. We are happy with our new skylight and would highly recommend Skylights Unlimited.

    Wonderful product, wonderful service

    Skylights Unlimited installed a wonderful, Velux solar powered skylight to our home. From start to finish, Dennis and his team were professional, timely and extremely tidy. I am very happy with my new skylight which not only looks beautiful but opens and closes like a dream. And absolutely no leaks. Highly recommend Skylights Unlimited and the products they stand behind.

    Architectural Masterpiece

    Its 30 months since Denis and his incredible team installed an absolute masterpiece of a skylight above our stairwell. The shaft is 13ft high, flared and extremely complex with structural issues and curved plaster where my walls met the ceiling as well as the fact that it was above the stairwell meant the staging area itself was quite complicated. The guys knocked it out of the park. The job was well planned, well communicated, flawlessly executed and the results were breath-taking. 30 months later we have had zero issues. The skylight has transformed our home which had a dark central stairwell. Our 2nd floor and the stairs have been transformed into bright and airy spaces. The Velux skylight itself is excellent. The solar powered remote control is amazing and closes automatically with a rain sensor. If you are considering a new-install skylight I highly recommend Skylights Unlimited . Denis and his team were absolutely terrific and worth every penny.

    Residential Skylight Installation

    We had a skylight installed in our home in the summer of 2019. From quote to finished product, we were very satisfied with the services provided by Denis, Ed and their team. It was a pleasure to work with gentlemen who were candid in their assessment and recommendations and entirely professional. The project was done with zero shortcuts. They managed our expectations pretty well and timely, clear communication helped build trust. Finally, we were most impressed with their attention to detail and polished finish work, which resulted in a completely smooth, clean finish to the ceiling around the skylight. We couldn't be happier with the quality workmanship. Finally, the only reason we aren't providing a perfect 10 star rating (we'd provide a 9.9 if we could!), is that the lighting installed as a part of the skylight is not compatible with the existing dimmer switch and is very harsh bright white LED lighting. Had we known these two things, we might have made different decisions around adding the lighting to the project, which increased the price and complexity of the project. But despite that, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Denis and his team. Thanks for for a great job that we enjoy every day.

    skylight replacement

    Totally professional in all respects. Sleek new window fitted seamlessly in an awkward location. Workmen were friendly, repaired some sloppy work left by others and cleaned up every speck both inside and out. And they sent us photos of their work, which otherwise is not visible from ground level. A nice touch. Michael B.
