    Great Service

    Denis spelled everything out in a clear and concise manner, answered all my questions gave me a good, better, best solution which I appreciate. I contacted Velux direct for their list of installers who they gave me three, of which I contacted, Denis and Skylights Unlimited, not only got back to me quickly, but spelled everything out. Then he sent out his two great installers Edo (hope I got that right) and Gary, both fully prepared, knowledgeable, hard working down to earth guys who I find out have been with Denis for quite a while. I had a skylight that acted more like a screen door and was the wrong skylight for my flat roof first of all, and second the installers had to work with an old brittle roofing material, they were able fix my crappy situation, I am totally satisfied by the Velux skylight, the man who sold it to me and the men who installed it. Thank you. I am a Realtor and only recommend good people. Use Skylights Unlimited they have a great warranty and service for any skylight thats gold.

    skylight and vent replacement

    My experience is excellent from point of inspection to point of completion. Everyone was respectful, and professional. They understood their trade and were able to educate. They showed up on time and worked hard. I would definitely have them back to do more work if necessary - like when the remaining 2 skylights need to be changed.

    Master Bath Venting Skylight Install

    Had a Velux venting skylight installed in my master bathroom by Skylights Unlimited. Pretty much everything about this install was about as perfect as it could possibly be. Denis and the office were excellent at returning calls and emails in a timely fashion. They made useful recommendations up front and answered all my questions throughout the process. Ed, my lead installer was both entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. The installers came on time, were courteous, clean, and gave me confidence that they knew what they were doing. They have been doing these for decades and it shows. Although my skylight was a simple single install, I’d trust these guys on the most complex job. The finished product looks amazing. Based on reviews, they also stand behind their work after the initial install. Do your research as I did....you will find that Skylights unlimited in the premier skylight installer in the GTA. Thanks Denis & team.

    Difficult Skylight installation

    As soon as I met Dennis I knew I was in good hands. He explained exactly what the crew was going to do and how they were going to do it. He answered all my questions and the quote was competitive. The crew arrived on time and made a very difficult installation look easy. They were clean, organized and very professional.

    Very happy

    We were referred to Skylights Unlimited from a longtime friend in Toronto who were in the process of having a skylight installed by them. Months later, we decided to replace our old skylight which couldn't be repaired, and called SU in the middle of the winter, before the pandemic hit. We got a good explanation of what was happening, a fair quote, left a small deposit, and waited to be scheduled. Then the pandemic hit. We waited patiently for them to call, and they did at the first opportunity to do the work. They did all the work outside, maintained social distance, told us how long it would take, and did the job well and on time. We've been totally happy throughout the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing this done.

    Finally a skylight that does not leaks!

    Denis and the crew were amazing! They replaced a fairly new skylight in our bathroom that was still leaking after a roofer replaced it along with our roof shingles. Denis was extremely professional with his advice and the replacement crew arrived on time and their work was amazing . Now we have a beautiful skylight with no leaks! Thank you Denis!

    replacement skylight

    We needed to replace an old skylight that had gotten leaky. Consultation process and communciation was very good, with options presented and good recommendations made to avoid future leaks. The two installers that came were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. All the work was done from outside. Job well done.

    Fantastic company with excellent service.

    We hired Skylights Unlimited in 2012 to replace old dome skylights and were extremely happy with their work. We recently had a new roof installed over the room where our skylights are. Long story made short... shortly after installation, the new roof began to leak around one of the skylights, the roofer (a supposedly reputable company) told us we needed a new flashing kit and he could repair it, then stopped returning my calls. I finally called Denis and asked him to come out and take a look. Denis came over the next day and advised that he could fix the problem. Two weeks later Ed was scheduled to come and do the repair. Ed spent four hours on our roof removing the shingles and completely dismantling the skylight and reinstalling it and the shingles. The end result is that our roof no longer leaks. Once again, it was Denis and Skylights Unlimited to the rescue! We are incredibly pleased with the work that they have done for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

    Sky-high Quality from Skylights Unlimited

    Denis and the team from Skylights Unlimited Inc. were incredibly helpful, personable, and qualified. The entire process was very smooth and a joy to go through - from Denis coming in to do the initial evaluation, to numerous conversations on the phone and email, to the actual installation itself. The product itself (2 solar-powered motorized Velux skylights) has made a huge impact already in the home, and everyone who has seen them has commented on how great they look and function. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who might benefit from their services and products!

    Supplied and installed 2 new skylights in kitchen and bathroom

    Old Skylights taken our and replaced with new modern ones. Job was done in an expedient manner, very professional, no mess. We were very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend this firm.
