4'x4' Skylight Replacement
The 4' x 4' skylight at my home (24 years old) needed to be replaced. SKylight Unlimited did a great job in their estimation process, job scheduling handling, actual skylight replacement job, as well as the follow-up process.

replacement of old skylights
wonderful service. perfection and professionalism. The company came and perfectly assessed the level of service, discussed with us clearly in terms of work, materials,and affordablity. Both parties agreed and the work was successfuly completed.

Skylight
We had a leak in the skylight after a very heavy rain and I called and mentioned they'd given us a quote several years ago. They still had us on file and only added $100 to the original quote which was awesome!

Skylight replacing
We had a few skylights installed about 7 years ago, in our new home. Two years ago we noticed water inside one of them. I called the company that manufactured and installed them, trying to get it fixed - didn't even argue about the price, but it never happened... called around 20 times for 2 years! Then, I called Skylight unlimited. They came and fix it. No mess, no hassle, just came and did the job.

Skylight Replacement
After receiving 4 quotes from 4 different vendors, Skylights Unlimited was just a small amount greater than the lowest bid. We decided to go with Skylights Unlimited based on reviews and the additional weather proofing included in their scope (not all installers consider the surrounding roofing work needed when replacing skylights). They came exactly when they said they would, installed a quality product and cleaned up all debris - no issues at all. Very professional company and great customer service (Denis and Tina). Skylight Replaced
Everything from the quotation, install scheduling and installation went perfectly. They installed the skylight on October 16, 2018. The only small thing that went wrong is a small piece of weatherproofing tape by chance fell into our halogen hall light which we luckily noticed at night before it caught fire. The hall light was not easy to get at but we managed to remove the debris. It was a freak but potentially hazardous occurrence but we solved it without incident. The other aspect that never occurred to us is that the glass tint and gas fill of quality skylights slightly changes the colour of the indoor walls during daylight. We image it could be a big deal for sensitive paint colours but it wasn't for us. That said we would use Skylights Unlimited again without a doubt. It was a pleasure dealing with Brady, the estimator. He knows skylights.

Skylight Repair,
We had our home renovated, during the construction, we had a skylight installed. The contractor did not install the skylight properly and in January 2017, we experience water penetration; causing extreme water damage to the inside of our home. The contractor came back and effected repairs, upon completion, we were still experiencing water penetration. We reached out to the contractor and he said he couldn't effect the repairs. We then solicited several quotes for repair. When inspected, all quotes identified the installation was not to standard and identify several areas that were deficient. Of those quotes, the most comprehensive was from Skylights Unlimited. They took the time to take pictures of the area, identified the deficiencies and provided different options to correct the problem and to protect our investment from future water damage. It was clear from that point that Skylights Unlimited were the proper choice. From start to finish, they were totally professional and accommodating. The team ensured the inside of our home was protected during the repair/installation process. And when the job was completed, the area was completely clean. The skylight looks great and notably, you can tell it's a professional installation, not like the hack that did the original work. Thank you Skylights Unlimited. Sun tunnel (Velux 14") placed in the centererd over kitchen area.
Velux 14" Sun tunnel was installed in the kitchen area in just a few hours. We are satisfied with a whole work: efficiency was 100%. Friendly and cooperative installers. Clean, fast and affordable project that made a difference by bringing extra light in the whole living area space. Thank you

Good service
The service was great. The guy who installed my skylight did the extra work to ensure all the shingles on the roof are good when I asked him to check.

Top-notch in all aspects of service
We needed to replace a leaking skylight and we give high marks for professionalism to everyone in the company whom we talked to - from those who answered the phone, to the technician who came to do the assessment, and to the installers who did the actual work. They were very reasonable to talk to and gave fair perspectives of all options - absolutely no hard sell or fear-mongering. We had the new skylight installed at a reasonable price and the work done was thorough, all the way down to the finishing and cleanup stages. Very happy with the job and will recommend to anybody.
